Ben is an absolutely amazing tour guide. He is professional yet friendly and open to cater your time to exactly what you want to see and do. We were able to see Sydney in two days and we loved every bit of our time with Ben. We saw beaches, the zoo, a rain forest, more than we could have imagined. If we go back, we would only do so if we had Ben by our side. We highly recommend hiring him!!

Great tour and Ben was an amazing tour guide. He was very friendly and so knowledgeable. The animals at the reptile park were definitely a highlight. Being able to spend time up close and personal with the koalas and kangaroos was so much fun. The entire day went so smoothly from pick up at the port after our cruise to drop off at the hotel. We would highly recommend Ben and this tour!

In September, my husband and I took my parents to visit Australia. We decided that we would like to visit the Blue Mountains National Park and Featherdale Wildlife Park.I found Ben’s Personalized Sydney Tours through a quick Google search and booked a private excursion. He quickly confirmed the pick up time and location. Ben customized the itinerary based on our likes and what locations were open to the public. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. Ben interacted with the entire group, and moved at a pace that was appropriate for our needs (us being in our 30s and my parents in their 60s). The highlights of our trip included feeding the animals at Featherdale Wildlife Park, taking in the gorgeous features of the National Park, visiting numerous waterfalls (Empress Falls, Witches Leap Falls, Katoomba Falls), Three Sisters, Scenic World, and Wentworth Falls Lake. I highly recommend Ben and his tours!

Admittedly I’m a few months late writing this review. However best part of our trip. Well worth the time and invest. Tour was timely and educational. The stops at the wildlife park, lunch, etc all just perfect. If we are back in Sydney will do this trip again!!

It was a wonderful experience. Ben was very knowledgeable and explained everything for everyone to understand. It truly was personalized as he brought us to places and talked about topics we had yet to see or hear about. The pace was set according to my group which was very helpful. I would definitely do another tour with them in the future.

This tour will be hard to beat! Ben was a sensational guide. We were able to pet a koala! We were also able to walk up to kangaroo and let them eat from our hand. Several of the kangaroo had a joey in her pouch and I even got to offer the baby a head pat. We were also able to see some beautiful waterfalls and aboriginal art. All in all, an unforgettable day where the animals stole the show. Highly recommended.

We got to pet a koala and feed a kangaroo! The day could have ended then and we’d have been thrilled but that was just the beginning. The aboriginal rock art was astounding and the walk to the waterfall was lovely. On one walk, we saw eagles and kangaroos! We enjoyed every minute. We also loved that things weren’t crowded like cruise ship excursions. Ben was a fantastic guide with so much knowledge. By the end of the day, he feels like a friend.

Ben was wonderful...he shared so much information about Australian history, geography, cuisine, people, and so much more. We had an amazing day. BTW, prior to our excursion, we changed our itinerary a couple of times, and Ben was patient and flexible. Highly recommend!
