Took the tour on the first day in the city, was a great way to see the highlights and come up with some other ideas of sights to see, and places to go.

This was a great means of transportation as long as you know where you want to go! We used two of the lines; one to visit the main stops in the city and one to visit Bondi Beach. Buses were prompt and had plenty of space to hop on upstairs.

Fantastic value. You see and hear all about Sidney history and culture. We got a two day pass. Visited Bondi beach and loved it.

We had the two day pass and found it a great way to get around an unfamiliar city. Especially fun was the walking tour of the Rocks. Cole was a terrific guide. Highly recommend.

Excellent tour, and ideal when you are only visiting for one day from a cruise ship. The best way to maximise what you see in a limited time.

Loved using the hop on and hop off bus, very informative on the bus using earphones. We used it a few times whilst in Sydney, I would recommend and use them again,

1. The bus system had good drivers, clearly marked signs so you knew where to board (in most cases) and good routes.
2. Not a very good commentary. Long periods of nothing to describe.
3. We recommend as an overview of the city but be sure to wear LOTS of SUNSCREEN and take water with you.

The routes are good. They come around fairly regularly. They have a great app that allows you to see where all the buses are at all times. The big drawback is that, especially in the morning, many stops are quite long because people getting on either have to buy their tickets or convert tickets to paper tickets...

The idea is great but the reality was disappointing. The first thing was the quality of sound. It was very fuzzy. Half the time I couldn't understand what was being said. I was also disappointed by how little was said about things we passed. There were many more things that could have been talked about, but weren't. There were also big gaps in the commentary that were filled with very loud music. I didn't want to disconnect the music in case I missed the commentary.
