Andrew is a great tour guide. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Great introduction to Sydney. We saw so many cool places, that are usually not included in typical tours

We had a wonderful time on our private 4 hour tour of Sydney! Andrew picked us up at our hotel, drove us all around the city while educating us about the History of the region and many interesting stories, then dropped us back at the hotel. I definitely recommend this tour!!

Had a great time touring around Sydney. Kerima Gae was a very good guide. She showed us all around the city, highlighting all the important points of interest. She was answering all of our questions and even prepared for us a nice picnic with cookies and tea. Lovely day!

The difficulty it took to arrange this tour. Nice staff. Requested up to a full day and was scheduled for a half day only.

Kerima-Gae showed us an insider's perspective of the Blue Mountains away from the crowds. She was such a lovely lady and we all thoroughly enjoyed her company on our private day trip from Sydney.

Amazing day out with Andrew on the Northern Beaches :)
He took us to a bunch of secret beaches and a true local's cafe along with a scenic walk through the bush.

We were ending a cruise in Sydney and wanted to see as much of the city as possible during our time there. We booked this tour with DM Concierge for a full day private tour for 4 people to be picked up at our hotel. We received confirmation from David that a driver had been assigned to us and his name and contact information was shared with us. The day before we arrived, we needed to change the pick up to the cruise terminal and David assured us that would be no problem. The morning we arrived, I texted both David and the Hussan, our driver, to confirm the terminal we were arriving at and the time to be picked up. Shortly before we were to be picked up I found out that David had provided the wrong contact number for Hussan so he did not receive my text. David provided the correct phone number and I texted Hussan when he had not shown up when scheduled. He called me and told me that he was told to go to the other port and it would take him about 20 minutes to get to our location. When Hussan arrived, he was in an airport transit van. Although very nice, Hussan was not a guide - he was a driver. Although he had lived at in Sydney for many years, he was not knowledgeable about the culture or history. Most of the time was spent driving around but not really any discussion about what we were seeing.
We paid a lot of money for this tour and were expecting a sedan or an SUV - not a dirty airport shuttle for 12 people. Hussan told us that his boss was told we needed a vehicle that would seat a minimum of 7 people. I rechecked my booking and it definitely stated 4 people. He apologized and let his boss know about the issues.
The shuttle was uncomfortable and one of our group had to be dropped off at the hotel halfway through the tour because his back was hurting badly from the rough ride.
I texted our concerns to David and he did nothing to help resolve the situation. The all day tour started at 10:00 am and we were back at our hotel at 4:30 pm - not exactly the 8 hours we were expecting.
I asked David what he could do to resolve our concerns and he asked me to contact Trip Advisor and see if they would make a price adjustment. I have not found a way to speak to anyone at Trip Advisor.
We were very disappointed and would not recommend this service.

I have given a 5 rating on a tour that never happened because my plane had engine problems and had to detour to Pago Pago. Thus, I lost all my money and my ride from the airport. But the driver/tour guide, David Melkonian, was so sweet. He had an all day tour the my plane arrived in Sydney, but after that tour, he arrived at my hotel and drove me around Sydney for a couple of hours. That is the reason for the 5 stars. David went above and beyond his responsibilities. He is one in a million. Anyone will be lucky to have him. Oh, he is also very knowledgable about the history of Sydney.
