FUNNY! Informative, can you be a professional comic/actor and a brilliant historian at the same time, yes!
(Please note- you are informed at the beginning of the tour that you will be dead by the end of it- I am grateful I was spared to tell the tale.)

Brilliantly performed and hilariously entertaining. Fun for all the family with a little sprinkle of naughtiness and a touch of the macabre.

I did the Auld City and the Dead House tour. I thought £17 might be a bit pricey but actually it was worth it. The tour guides are thespians and it was as good as a night out at the theatre. Our main guide, Chilla Black, had a vast knowledge of Liverpool's history, her eccentric persona was hilarious and the ghostly stories were chilling. She gave not-so-subtle hints that we weren't going to survive the
night and gazed into the distance with a subtle panic every time a siren went past, so when she offered to take pictures at the end, I asked her to strangle me. She was extremely happy to oblige. I had a great time and I would recommend this to anyone, skeptics and believers of ghosts alike

Had an absolute ball! Chilla Black and Judy Stench were amazing, kept us interested and entertained throughout and included everyone, even passers by :)! Despite living in the city we all learned so much. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

Absolutely brilliant experience - I took a group of students and we had a fantastic time! The guides were excellent, they kept us safe wondering through the city streets and they were totally engaging, really funny and had some great interactions with us - and with passersby! Underneath the fun and laughs, they're also really knowledgable about the city - it's a great way to learn new things about places you walk by everyday and probably don't even give a second thought to - thank you to Chilla and the team for a memorable tour - can't wait to come back again next year!x

The main host chiller black was fantastic. She got everyone involved and had good banter with other members of the public as we were passing by on the tour.
The tour took me to parts of Liverpool I’d never seen before and the stories were interesting.
The part in the dead house was great . Our favourite bit definitely!
Would definitely book again for one of the other walks.
