Your professional driver will meet you in the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name. Driver will assist you with your luggage, settle you into your seat and let you sit back and relax during your private drive to your hotel or cruise ship terminal.
For a group of one to three people you will be transferred by a sedan. For groups starting from four and up, you will be serviced by minivan.
You don't need to be concerned if your flight is running late. Our Operations Team will monitor flight arrival time and dispatch your driver accordingly.
Please provide us with your mobile phone number in order to contact you if the driver can't find you at the expected pickup time.

Pickup Details
• Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3) Your driver will be waiting for you with your name sign inside the terminal by the baggage carousel where you are to pick up your luggage. If you cannot locate your driver, please call. • International (Terminal 1) Your driver will be waiting on your arrival inside the terminal with your name sign. Driver will help you with your luggage and will walk you to the vehicle. If you cannot locate your driver, please call.

Did not tell us about the extra expenses until we got into the car. We had to pay extra on going across the Sydney bridge from downtown. I told the representative how much luggage we had and we had to pay exact for over amount which she did not tell us. Accidentally, the transportation was big enough. We were only going to get a car, which was not going to be enough, but because of a cancellation we got a van. Be careful ask about extra expenses. Turned out to be expensive

I had a group of 7. I booked thru Viator to pick us up at 1030am. That would allow all of us to arrive, change our money to AUD, get our luggage, get thru customs and get to the pick up spot. I booked for a 1030am pick up with a 60 min wait time cushion. My plane was delayed because my flight was cancelled and rebooked. As you can see the driver left at 11:15am I was at the pick up spot by 11:22. We ended up grabbing a taxi. I want to be refunded. We did everything we could to get the driver to stay and get Emma from vendor to honor our contract. We even had someone call the day before when it was clear my flight would be 45min delayd.
