If you don't hear from us on arrival, please follow the below: • International (Terminal 1): Please proceed to the "Meeting Point" located inside the Arrival hall. • Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you are to collect your luggage. => Driver will have a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign. => As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive. => If you have difficulties locating the driver beyond reasonable waiting time, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020 => If you are experiencing any delays inside the customs, please contact us as soon as possible, so we don't hold the service. => For delayed, cancelled or changed flights, please contact us as soon as possible, so we don't hold the service. => 60-75 min free waiting time (from flight arrival time). On location dispatcher more attentive on his calls rather than “paying customers “. This a well planned schedule by the customer so the dispatch must be prepared. Body language speaks louder than words. They should appear confident

The van was at the airport, as promised, when we arrived. We were in touch via text as to where we were to meet our driver. I would highly recommend Viator!!

It was so appreciated that George was standing just outside where we picked up our luggage and was able to take us to the place to wait for his vehicle….just made it so much easier after a long flight. He also spent the remainder of the trip giving us hints and a map of Sydney

Driver kept in touch with us and told us where to meet him outside terminal in the accessible pickup. Driver courteous and friendly. Nice safe drive to hotel.

Nothing. Never used the service because communication became because of phone number but company give an estimate of pick up time so a no go.

The driver was demonstrably irritated with us that we didn’t arrive on HIS timetable. Unfortunately, we were in row 54 of the airplane, and it took an hour to deplane, go through passport control, pick up luggage, clear immigration and get to pickup point. He said he was getting ready to leave us, and was angry we did not have our cell phones on, though signs throughout the immigration area tell you explicitly NOT to use your cellphone. Anyway, once past that joyful little “welcome to Australia” moment, the trip was efficient and appropriate.
