We were unable to access the pass initially and viator was slow to respond to our request for help. By the time we had access 1/2 of our 3 day pass had expired. Once we had access to the pass, we thought we had admission to the Sydney opera house. However we discovered it didn't give us access and by that time all tickets for admission were sold out. In total, we never used the pass for anything. A complete and total waste of money.

The choices of places to go is more than adequate, but some of the book ahead places took some extra effort to arrange.

Our tickets were not working. We were unable to make bookings. Even on walk in they were unable to scan our tickets. Our tickets were not showing in their system. I applied for a refund and still waiting for the response. Ruined our trip and waste our money.

Having difficulty scanning barcode at multiple attractions. Attractions that were available when pass was purchased, was no longer available for the dates i needed the pass. Online customer service still has not responded to me. It is not unlimited because Attractions say that you can only use the pass once per Attraction.

The unlimited passes are good if you plan your day out well and you haven't been to many of the attractions before.

We booked the viator Sydney Attraction Pass before our visit and we are so glad we did. Saved money and time and we got lots of good tips from the Viator staff.

The iVenture was an effective way to explore attractions in Sydney. When we went pick up our 3 attraction pass, they charged an additional $5A for the Big Bus Hop on/Hop off. Not sure if that was clear when I booked it, but you don’t think you need to pay more if you pay in advance. Either way it worked because we went to WildLife and Bondi Beach. The next day we used for Sydney Opera House tour. Overall I would do it again.

In general we were very pleased with our Sydney Attraction iventure card and the value it provided. The purchase process through Viator from the UK was straightforward and it was easy to pick up the card in Darling Harbour. The one disappointing use we made of it was more down to the Hard Rock Café than the card itself. We paid an additional premium to use it in the HR Café where the food was poor and the 'free' t-shirt included is just a beach t-shirt really.

We bought unlimited pass for 300 dollars per person as we were in Sydney for 10 days. It was extremely cost effective - saved us loads of bucks. We did all the activities on the pass except for bondi beach and some local crime / haunted House tours. Very easy to use and not much can go wrong with this pass. A few notes:
1.For majority of the attractions children upto 3 for free, except for one attraction where we paid for my nephew.
2.this pass does not take you up the Sydney Harbour bridge.
3. You have to take your own ride to go to the jenolan caves.
Rest, good luck!!!
