Awesome pub tour with Dave. We did this tour after doing the bridge climb and it was well worth it. There was tons of historical information, and not to mention a pint at every pub we went to. We did our free dinner at the end of the tour. In hindsight, I would have liked to have done the dinner before the tour because at the end everyone stayed put and continued to drink while we went off to get our free dinner. After a few pints together and 5 pubs later we were all becoming fast friends. Ambience was fantastic. Food was awesome. Beer was great. You have to do this tour with Dave if you have the chance while you are in town.

Had a great time. Rob, our guide, did an outstanding job. He made the tour a lot of fun with interesting facts and stories about the area and culture. The beer was good as well.

Our "Dave" was great! Lots of history on this tour and great drinks and fun too. The dinner was quite delicious as well...we each had a pizza and they were delicious! If you're looking for a tour to get a bit of history and you like beer, this one is for you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening “on the rocks” in Sydney, starting with pub dinner at the Australian Hotel pub, where we met our intrepid guide, Colin. Once we finished eating, we strolled to Harts pub for our introduction to the traditions and history of beer drinking as Sydney developed from its hard working origins, learned about “beer crimes” and how the Sydney drinking style developed. Col kept us highly entertained and slipped lots of history into the night.
I highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys ‘the bending of the wrist,” and who has an interest in local history.

This tour was fantastic. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, not just about beer, but also about the history of the area. It was a smaller tour which made it even more fun because we got to know the people in our group and there's nothing like having a few beers with people that are cool.

This tour was the highlight of our stay! Besides having great beers the tour guide wove an excellent tale of the history of various buildings in the area. We were a small group of 6 and enjoyed all the interactions. Highly recommend this tour!

All of our tours in Sydney were great, but this was the best one. The beers were good, but the commentary and information provided on the Rocks area of Sydney was amazing and very interesting. Really liked walking the area with a guide and hearing all of the interesting stories.
