PADI 5 star scuba diving centre.
Gold Coast Scuba Dive.
Allow 4 hr from pick up, we/you set up all equipment, then we take a boat ride to the island to do your scuba dive or snorkel then we drop you off back to your hotel.

We recommend that customers make their own way to our dive shop at Main Beach so that they will have time to explore the Marina, shops, and local area after their dive or snorkel.
Our Dive shop is a 5min Uber ride from Surfers Paradise, the local bus stops at the marina and we have a free car park for customers who are driving themselves.
We can provide return transfers from select Surfers Paradise hotels (call 07 5526 7722 to find locations), please be aware that seats are limited.

The cloth they provided had holes and did not look hygienic. To top it all off, we met Lolli, the most horrible and rude human being we have ever encountered. She was rude to us non-stop and kept putting stuff or a bucket in front of our legs to make us uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she poured a jug full of water on top of her head, knowing that we were sitting on the bench, and we got splashed with the water. She didn't even say sorry, even though she realized what had happened. We felt so disrespected by her actions. Despite the rudeness and misbehavior from that one lady, most of the staff were very good and polite. And special thank to laura you are so good keep it up girl 😄

Excellent snorkeling at wave break island.
However I had to opt for snorkeling instead of dive since medical issue. Yet to get the differential amount back from Viator. Pl issue.

What an awesome dive! My partner and I are certified divers and went in a group with other divers with 2 instructors to lead us and show us some really cool stuff. We were originally in the ‘try dive’ because of a booking error but we simply just asked to be moved into the cert divers group. The instructors that were with us were Justin and Lollie and they were awesome! Great dive. Great people. Great day.

The description of this activity was completely misleading. As PADI Open Water certified divers, we were expecting to be able to do the experienced option of a self-guided dive, but instead we were stuck with a group of people who had zero experience. So much time was spent going over the basics and dealing with the newbies trying to figure out breathing and buoyancy under water that our dive was cut short. We had less time to enjoy the dive spot, which was actually pretty good.
The staff were nice and professional at Queensland Scuba Diving Company, and they seemed just as surprised as we were that we ended up on the tour, so it must be Viator that is steering people in the wrong direction.
If you are considering trying scuba diving for the first time, this is for you. But if you are experienced, don’t waste your money on this!! You’re better off booking directly through a dive shop so you know what you’re getting.

Actually the diving was canceled twice due to bad weather conditions. I liked that QLD scuba diving Company’s safety first policy and communicated with me very well.
On the other hand, it was very difficult to reach out TripAdvisor for refund request that I wasn’t happy about it.

I had a really great time with the team scuba diving. I’d booked it not knowing what to expect it and as someone who has dived a few times before, they then gave me the chance to have a good 1-1 dive where we explored more which I really appreciated. They offered pick up and drop off too which was super helpful.

This scuba diving session was cancelled by the Queensland Scuba diving company due to bad weather. However they are unable to process the refund as i had done the booking through you (tripadvisor) and they requested me to contact you for the refund and they will process the same once you reach out to them. Your processes are so complicated as i could not find any category to claim refund for event cancellation. could you kindly help process the refund for the booking ref# Br-1071420687

The instructor we were given was very rude, unprofessional, apathetic and unprepared. She eliminated 3 of my friends intentionally for various reason and only I get to scuba dive for barely 5 minutes under water.With the right instructor it definitely would have been a fun experience.
