The Half Day Cruise has been carefully designed for groups of friends or small families with kids. Our aim is to bring a relaxed atmosphere to your day so you can enjoy the company of your guests coupled with the beauty of Sydney Harbour. Sydney’s world-renowned landmarks.
BYO BBQ food and drinks are encouraged so you and your guests can settle in and enjoy cruising across the harbour with your favourite tipple in hand. Prepare your prawns/chicken on the BBQ and enjoy a swim while being anchored in one of Sydney's bays.
Your private whale adventure begins as we make our way towards the entrance of Sydney Harbour and then out past Sydney’s famous beaches and rugged cliffs to the whale watching area in deep blue Pacific Ocean waters, just a few kilometres off the Sydney coast.
We’ll get you to the whale grounds in 15 minutes, aboard our high powers luxury sports cruiser, where our experienced captain will instruct you on how to spot the whales, just like the early whaling boats did for hundreds of years. Be the first on board to shout “thar she blows” and feel the excitement when you spot your first whale or pod. Your captain will then manoeuvre the vessel into the best whale watching position, providing expert commentary, so you feel as close to these magnificent creatures as possible.
You may also get the chance to spot bottle-nosed dolphins or local fur seals off South Head, but the real stars of the show are always the magnificent whales.
You'll be cruising aboard our magnificent 61ft flagship, Southwinds. She was constructed with beautiful Huon Pine and launched in 1950, with a selection of notable owners since then. There is no better way to enjoy the stunning Sydney Harbour than on a classic yacht with expansive decks, ample seating and plenty of historical charm.
Discover the wonders of the New South Wales capital, with great museums, art galleries, renowned restaurants and more attractions within easy reach of your 4-star hotel. A tour of the Northern Beaches is included, as well as a full day tour to explore the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park. This is your chance to see spectacular wilderness areas and the abundant native wildlife. There’s even an opportunity to have your photo taken with a koala and you’ll take a river cruise back to the city! You will enjoy a Tara Valley Tour, Hop on Hop off Ferry, and half day city sights tour.
There’s plenty of free time to dine on the water’s edge at Darling Harbour, swim at legendary Bondi Beach, explore the historic Rocks area, marvel at the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge, take a tour of the iconic Opera House or maybe catch a performance!
Sail the beautiful waters of Pittwater on a sailing yacht, swim in the clear waters, and enjoy uncrowded beaches, BYO food and drink, or let us cater (fees apply).
Work on your tan on the foredeck, sip a cool drink, and enjoy the sun.
Private Morning Harbour Mimosa Cruise on Sydney Harbour
