The Hunter Valley has some of Australia's best wine, food, cheese, chocolate and spirits and we’ll try them all on this tour as we visit 3 wineries, and a distillery. Each stop includes a guided tasting by a local supplier with behind the scenes tours at select locations.
In addition to all the great local producers we visit, the tour also includes a relaxed lunch with a wine, craft beer or cider to allow guests to take in the Valley’s charm.

Step on board and begin your Sydney Harbour adventure. Our modern 78ft vessel is designed to feel luxurious and super comfortable, so you’ll feel right at home.
Enjoy 360-degree views of the iconic attractions as we sail past. We think lunch should be a long, lavish affair, so we serve generous al la carte meals inspired by locally sourced, regionally inspired delights. Think local seafood from the Hawkesbury, lamb from lush pastures in the Riverina and beef sourced from the upper Hunter Valley. We pair these with a selection of beers, wines, soft drinks and tea or coffee. Our wines have been hand selected by our sommelier from some of the finest wine regions in New South Wales – so wine lovers are in for a real treat!
After lunch we head back past Taronga Zoo and Luna Park before arriving back into Darling Harbour at 2.40pm.
ITINERARY
This unique exploration of the Hunter Valley region provides a variety of food and wine experiences to showcase the best of the regions local produce - there is something for everyone! We will sample a range of wines from our favourite Boutique cellar doors, selected for their commitment to excellent customer experience and quality wine - with two tastings before lunch and one in the afternoon.
At lunchtime, we enjoy a delicious cafe lunch. Alternating between the lovely "The Winner is Oscars" and beautiful "Cypress Lakes Country Club" we allow plenty of time to relax and get to know your fellow travellers. After eating you can browse the bespoke collection of boutique shops.
After a relaxed paced day of sipping, sampling and slurping our way around the valley, we will start to make our way back to the hustle and bustle of Sydney.

On this guided wine-tasting tour, taste up to 20 different wine varieties, sample cheese from a local cheese maker, and meet local wine lovers to discuss what makes the region and it's wines so unique. This tour starts at Harts Pub. To claim your meal (before or after the tour), present your booking confirmation to the DUTY MANAGER at the Australian Heritage Hotel (100 Cumberland St, The Rocks) to receive your meal and drink, no later than 1 hour before your tour begins. Make your way to Hart's Pub to meet your guide at 2:30pm or 6:30pm
