Blue Mountains Small Group Tour

The Roos, Blues and Views tour is a small group tour that avoids large groups and attractions at their busiest time to make for a much better experience for our guests.

Your Dave for the day (all our guide's are called Dave) will be your driver and guide. They will provide commentary throughout the day covering geological, natural and historical facts of the region.

Your Dave will also accompany guests through Scenic World and provide a talk and walk through the world heritage rainforest below.

For the final section of the tour, you'll be able to choose to walk a large or small portion of the Prince Henry Cliff Top walk or continue in the bus to Echo Point for the 3 Sisters.
We visit the 3 Sisters last, as by that time of the afternoon, the crowds and fog have usually cleared and the sun is at its best point for photos.

Adventurous Blue Mountains hike up the iconic Three Sisters

People travel from all over the world to visit the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains and view the iconic Three Sisters, but this experience is for those with a true sense of adventure, who want to get off the beaten path and into the wilderness.

With a like-minded group of explorers, you’ll travel by scenic train from Sydney's CBD to tackle a full-day trek through the Blue Mountains. You’ll explore lush forests and stunning vistas before climbing 300m/1000ft (over 800 steps in total!) to emerge beneath the Three Sisters themselves. You'll walk across a bridge to get up close to the Three Sisters, before returning along the cliff tops.

This hike isn't for the faint-hearted. As well as the 800 steps, you'll be walking over 14 km (9 miles) in around 5-7 hours. A high level of fitness is required.

But...if you're looking for a true, challenging taste of Australian bushland with local guides, topped with photo opportunities at the iconic Three Sisters - this is the hike for you.
