In this hands on cooking class I am sharing and teaching new cooking techniques in a fun & safe environment.
I strongly believe in local, seasonal products including my own organic vegetables, herbs, honey and eggs to produce a restaurant style 4 course lunch.
The cooking class is designed to give you the confidence to produce the same menu at home without expensive equipment and tools.

Join us for two of Tasmania's best tourist attractions - The natural beauty of Bruny Island and the Historic Port Arthur penal colony.
Day 1: Bruny island - Arguably Tasmania's best day trip! This magical Island has a little piece of everything Tasmania has: World class beaches, rugged coastline and native wildlife matched with the finest local produce from the ocean and the land - a tour you do not want to miss! This is a great way to go beyond the typical tourist sights and learn about the history of the city's taverns, pubs, brothels, smugglers, convicts, and other local lore.
