If you\u2019re taking the kids with you, then these stops should be more frequent and at places, they can get a good run-out. Even if you\u2019re planning a trip within your homeland\u2019s borders, you still need a driver\u2019s license, registration, and car insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n Also, if you make any traffic violations and get fined for them, immediately pay the state what you owe it: the same goes for parking tickets, as benign as they might seem. In some countries, it is impossible to cross the state border unless you pay traffic fines.<\/span><\/p>\n A road trip can easily come to an abrupt end if your car breaks down in the middle of the road. There is nothing romantic about getting towed away, so make sure your four-wheeler is road ready.
