Our cooking experience with Marthe was fantastic!
We shopped and discussed the why on her selections. Very helpful. Went to three different shops in search of excellence.
The entire meal preparation was dedicated to making us wiser about all three courses and their ingredients.
The meal was fantastic and we made it!
We both learned so much and would recommend others learn from Marthe: she enjoys teaching.

This cooking experience exceeded my expectations. It was so well thought out and executed. The leader was well informed and and excellent chef. The food we made was delicious and the people we met were fantastic. Highly recommend.

An absolute favorite experience. We shopped with Fred, drank a little wine and cooked fish, veggies, souffle ect. Our chef was very generous with information and techniques.

The directions for meeting place that Viator texted me were Wrong, and resulted in significant frustration communicating with tour AND Missing the class. Words cannot describe how frustrated we were…
We provided documentation to Viator with the error and were emailed that although Viator provided incorrect address NO refund of $354 would be returned to us.

Chef Myriam was lovely! We chose the market tour and learned a lot about how to read the signs and what is in season. After the market tour we went back to her apartment where another couple joined us. She did a wonderful job of teaching by both demonstrating and having us participate to practice the skills. She also gave us so much history and information about both the dishes we were cooking and the area. Of course… the FOOD! It was one of the best meals we had all week, absolutely delicious!

What a wonderful experience for my wife and I. Only ourselves and a mother daughter in our class in our chef's 23rd floor home, with great views of the Paris. Class was easy and fun. Great instruction, easy to follow. Everything needed to make our meal was provided. Once done, our chef set the table and served us our delicious meal. With wine. I would highly recommend this Class if you love to eat fresh delicious French food.

Dominique was delightful, knowledgeable and such a gracious host. It was lovely to be able to spend time with him and learn from him. We all enjoyed ourselves very much while learning a lot. Can't wait to get the recipes!!
