Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your booking details and reach out to us should you need to make a correction. (24) hours before your pickup, you will receive a reminder text with a link to your booking which will provide your scheduled pickup time and date.
On the day of your pickup, our driver will call/text upon arrival at your hotel. Please be ready 15 minutes since our shared shuttle begins loading 15 minutes before the pickup time.
The order of pickups will be based on the hotel/resort location. Our vehicles will be clearly marked with "IES" on the front and rear doors. Once your driver arrives, your name will be called and you will be asked to confirm your first name and to present your QR code from your booking itinerary as well.

Pickup Details
Please be ready (10) minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Should there be multiple stops, pickups will begin at (15) minutes before the scheduled pickup time (5:45 AM, 6:45 AM, etc.) Pickup times will also vary depending on local traffic, unforeseen circumstances, etc. Should there be a delay, our dispatch team or your driver will reach out accordingly.

Our driver Ray was friendly and chatty. He was early picking us up which we were hlad of. He safely drove us to the airport and we were thankful he gave us a heads up about getting our luggage checked for agricultural concerns before checking in at AC.

We were not overly impressed at all with Island Express shuttle. To start with the shuttle was close to half an hour late the driver did not initially get out of the van so we opened the back door and put our own luggage in the back. Throughout the trip the driver was texting on their phone, then having a personal phone call.

Christian, our driver, was absolutely excellent. Contacted me directly on my cell to make sure we had a good pickup time and location. Got us to the airport on time and was very helpful. Great experience! Extremely well organized.

It was horrible, cancelled my airport transfer because of a "glitch" in the system and left me scrambling for a ride. Still waiting for the refund on my card. Will not be recommending.

My driver was WONDERFUL! He even provided me with a snack for the plane! I was waiting in the wrong area and he came and found me, asked me a lot of questions about my stay in Honolulu, he was great!
