• The only drop-off location available is Shinjuku (Shinjuku station west exit)
• All departure location options are shuttle buses leading to the last departure location, 'Shinjuku LOVE Object'. If you don't want to ride a shuttle bus, please select the 'Shinjuku LOVE Object' departure location.
• Please be aware that reaching the viewing platform next to Chureito Pagoda requires some climbing (stairs)
• This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator. Trip Advisor / Viator and your local tour operator will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In November, the tour itinerary will slightly change to make sure you have the best experience of Japanese autumn in the Mt. Fuji area! In fact, after visiting Lake Kawaguchi Craft Park, we will move on to one of the lake’s best spots for foliage, a colorful corridor of more than 400 maple trees creating a unique fall atmosphere!
• Our guide will be holding the flag shown in the picture at the meeting location.
• Please be present at the right meeting point 10 minutes before the departure.
• The bus will be departing on time (no exception).
• Contact number may not be responsive outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (MON-SAT)
• In case of late arrivals / arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possiblity of late arrivals or to confirm the exact location..
• Recommend checking the right meet-up location beforehand to avoid getting lost. Provided location are the exact points of the meeting point on google maps. No refund request will be accepted for arrivals at wrong location.

Being able to see something other than the city was a welcome change for my husband and I. We were able to have many different views of Mt Fujii as well. I especially liked the last stop where we visited an area that was a site of town that was destroyed by a typhoon (I think)! It was interesting to see how the homes used to look and I got to purchase some dried fruit being sold by local vendors right outside of the “village.” The dried peaches and melon were delicious!!!! The drive was really long though…

Departure points alittle hard to find and end of tour different we never saw Mt Fuji due weather so disappointing. Guide was very nice. Driver alittle crazy slammed on breaks 3 occasions but interesting tour

Our group was among 12 people who were at the pick-up spot at the designated time, but could not find the shuttle or tour bus. We could not get into contact with the tour guide, as they did not answer any of our messages. Customer service could not get anyone to pick up the phone. How does a tour company leave 12 people behind and not even leave a phone number to contact someone? Don’t waste your money.

This was a convenient, relaxing, and enjoyable way to see Mt Fuji and the surrounding lakes while we were visiting Tokyo! If you want to see it, but don’t want to DIY the trip, this tour takes you all around the area and provides lunch, so it’s great for that. The day we went, Mt Fuji was partially covered by clouds, but it still felt worth the trip since you still get to see the base of the mountain, see the lakes, gardens, and temples, and have a nice lunch. On our tour, the English and Chinese tours were together on the same bus. The Chinese tour guide was much more descriptive, clearly providing lots of facts and information while we drove. The English tour guide didn’t do that, she basically just provided logistics like when to be back at the bus and where to get the bathroom. But we didn’t mind, since we were most interested in just seeing the area. The lunch was above average—we got the noodles and it was a delicious hot pot. I am vegetarian, and they were able to accommodate that easily, which was great. Overall, I would recommend this day trip!

Wonderful experience though the summit of Mount Fuji was mostly covered with clouds. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed the commentary. Lunch was delicious too.

We had a nice day tour (myself, partner and 2 year old). Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side but the guides made it an enjoyable day out. We did get to see some of Mount Fuji! The lunch was also nice. Overall an enjoyable day out!

Our guide Mitch was wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and even threw in some humor along the way. It was raining the day of our tour so we didn’t get to see Fujisan but Mitch still made it a great experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Our trip was very organised and guide George was very informative.
Unfortunately the weather let us down, very cloudy so poor views of mount Fuji. The trip included a meal of chicken and noodles. I found the food very tasteless and wished we had not included this.
