A must do trip!
We went a little nervous having never ridden electric bikes before but Igor put us at ease immediately-he was so friendly and helpful throughout and full of incredible knowledge which he shared with us in a humorous and engaging way. Honestly one of the best guides we have ever had on a trip!
The trip itself was great we visited loads of sites we otherwise wouldn't have seen and it gave us loads of ideas of where we might like to spend more time. It even included a coffee and pastel de nata stop which was much appreciated!

Such a fantastic way to see Porto up close and personal. Our tour guide, LIA was absolutely amazing! She shared her love, knowledge and history of this city. The pace of the tour was perfect, never seemed rushed ! Lia is truly an asset to the company!

It was a way to see some highlights quickly. I was disappointed we could not go inside any of the stops. Riding the electric bikes was a necessity as there are many hills.

Great way to get a guided overview of Porto, our guide Daniel did a great job. We are revisiting some of our highlights from the tour. Suggest starting as early as you can, a bit more challenging in the later morning & early afternoon when the traffic picks up

Miquel was a very knowledgeable guide and made our bike tour inclusive. We do feel that the numbers on the tours could have been capped to 8 considering the business of the traffic and roads.

We were able to see the major sites on both sides of the river during our tour. This would have been impossible on a walking tour. Our guide Cristóbal was excellent and gave us some wonderful tips.

Guide was nice but e-bikes were crappy. Riding down cobblestone and lots of crazy traffic is challenging. Have done many bike tours around the world and to skip this one next time. Beautiful city of Porto though

I have been on multiple day e bike and regular bikes around the world, including Bali, Thailand, Nova Scotia and Croatia, to name just a few. I also regularly ride for recreational purposes between 20 - 40 km a couple of days a week. This was my least enjoyable cycle experience.
Firstly, I was given a e-bike that was an odd size and much too large for me. The handlebars were at least 14 inches on each side. Because I am a seasoned cyclist, I figured I would adjust to it. On the first turn, however, because of the unusual shape of the bike, I fell off and suffered a hamstring sprain. This is very poor timing as I was supposed to start the Camino pilgrimage 2 days later! Because I am still in considerable pain walking, I need to significantly alter the number of km I can walk each day. Very frustrating!!!
After my fall, the leader switched our bikes. When it came to the next turn, I felt very apprehensive as my body was still in shock from the fall. The guide was clearly annoyed that I was holding up the group, and told me the reason for my apprehension was that I was an inexperienced cyclist. Nothing could be further from the truth!
We had two guides - one who was clearly in training and another who was pretty good. However, the one in training did the majority of the talking so the quality of the guide was not quite up to others I have been too. Plus she often looked to her colleague to help her with English words, which made the flow of her talk not as smooth as it should be.
The ride route was good. Covered a lot of ground and saw some really interesting things. Beware though, Porto is not a city designed for bicycles. There is a ton of traffic and I must admit I felt lucky to have survived this trip without being run over by a car or the ton of pedestrians we encountered on the roads and sidewalks we were riding on. Definitely not a comment on this tour but rather, on cycling in Porto. NOT for the faint of heart!!
A final point to note is that there is no restroom in the meeting place. Very unusual for a place of business to have no public restroom, particularly before going out for a 3 hour bike ride where the first and only restroom break was 2.5 hours into the tour.
Rarely give a negative review and feel badly doing so, but this one feel justified for the reasons outlined.

Flavie was amazing! This was probably the highlight of my 3 days spent in Porto. What a great way to see the city. It seemed like e-bikes wouldn't work in a typical European city, but it was actually quite smooth and not too tricky.
