This is a one way shared shuttle transfer from Honolulu International airport to all Hotels in the Waikiki, Kahala and to Cruise Terminal.
Service from the airport: A VIP greeter with green and white aloha shirt will be waiting for you at the baggage claim, and will have your name on a sign, assist you with your luggage, and escort you to your shuttle van. Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation

Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

Met up with a group of folks all riding together. Plenty of room in van, driver very pleasant and asked if we had any questions. Very knowledgeable of area. Great shuttle to use!

The plane was late to arrive and our luggage was one of the last to come out on the conveyor belt so when we left the terminal there was no one to greet us for about 5 mins. When the shuttle organiser ticked us off his list and we joined a group of people he then rang the shuttle bus to come and it took at least another 10 mins for it to arrive. So the over all process took too long

The Driver arrived on time. She called me to let me know she was at the hotel. I asked her if she could to come to the front of the hotel to pick me up because I suffer from sciatica. She said sure. After picking up the other riders, we arrived at the airport in a timely manner. Thank you!

The on-time service was great. However, the van did have a smokey type odor. Also, the electrical socket to charge my phone was inoperable.

So easy and very affordable vs cruise transfer. We disembarked the cruise early. The van was already waiting and we got to the airport early and was able to change our flight for an earlier one back to Kona.
