Arrival
Prior to the guest's arrival, one of our friendly staff members will contact the guest to provide information about the driver, vehicle, and waiting area. On the day of the guest's arrival, the driver will be waiting at the Luggage Claim area with a welcoming sign. Upon the guest's arrival, the driver will greet them with "ALOHA," assist with luggage, and guide them to the vehicle. Finally, the driver will ensure that the guests are safely transferred to the hotel.
Departure
Before the guest's departure, one of our friendly staff members will contact the guest to provide details about the driver, vehicle, and confirm the departure time. On the day of the guest's departure, the driver will arrive early and wait at the hotel entrance or the designated pickup location. When the guest arrives, the driver will greet the guest with "ALOHA," invite them to board the vehicle, and ensure a safe transfer to the airport.

Very responsive. Our original hotel caused us some problems and we had to change our pick-up location for our departure. Viator accommodated us with no problem. We had the same driver both times. He was great.

Would recommend this company for shuttles to and from Hotels in Waikiki - pre trip comms were great 24 hours ahead, with updates and clear instructions on where to meet at the airport.

James and his team was great. I would highly recommend them. My wife and I were travelling with 3 young children and they provided car seats with no extra cost. They were very responsive to chats and email so we had no issues with getting hold of them when we needed to. They picked us up to and from the airport and we even arranged them to take us to and from Pearl Harbour for a very reasonable price. They were on time, very friendly and gave us some good advice along the way. Definitely the best choice for traveling with young children.
