Arrival
Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver, vehicle and waiting area information. on the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting at pre-arranged area near Luggage Claim, Driver will also be contacting Guest by cellphone as needed to verbally guide them to the waiting area, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel.
Departure
Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver and vehicle information as well as confirming departure time, on the day of guest departure, Driver will be arriving early and wait at Hotel entrance, or Hotel designated pickup location, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to the Airport.

I am more then pleased with our transportation, our flight was delayed many hours we were ready to get to our hotel upon landing. Johnny was waiting for us at baggage claim, he was easy to find (had a sign with our name) he helped with luggage and we safely got to our hotel on wikiki. I will use this company eveytime I travel to Hawaii🌺

We used the private shuttle transfers between airport and Waikiki hotels for our group. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and assisted effortlessly with the loading and unloading of the luggage for our group

My most memorable moment is celebrating my milestone bday with 14 ladies I brought to Hawaii . We grew up together since Junior high. It's an Amazing time with these ladies. Hawaiian are so nice & the food is definitely delicious.
