This experience was exactly as advertised! Our host was knowledgeable and the experience was great. They made it easy to follow their step by instructions and we got to eat the pastel de natas right out of the oven as well as take some to go. Would do this again!

This event was so much fun and well organized. It is an experience for all levels of cooks and all ages. The instructor was so knowledgeable and kind making everyone feel comfortable. The end pastry was absolutely delicious and I learned so much.

My 11 and 14 yr old daughters said it was the highlight of the trip (except for Taylor Swift, of course).

This was a great class. We had a great instructor who gave us great instruction and helped us. We learned the meaning of Nata in Portuguese. It’s the white film that forms in the top of boiled milk. It’s what gives the blackish shine in the finished product. Highly recommend this class if you love baking.
