Driver contacted us about 30 minutes prior to our meet time and advised that he was early. He was waiting for us when we arrived at meeting spot.

I checked out a little early, texted that fact and the driver arrived earlier then sked. Got me to the airport in ample time. Good job!
The driver on Friday was 20+min late and stated that they do not do pickups at the “designated center island” so had to walk over to another lot. Very annoyed!!!

I paid SpeedShuttle $88.00 to pick up me and my wife and take us to the airport. They never contacted us and never answered the phone. We also sent several text messages and never heard back. Finally we had to call an Uber.

I booked several transfer shuttles during my vacation in Hawaii. The booking process was straightforward, the price was often cheaper than booking directly and the shuttles provided were prompt, efficient and above all got me to my destination in good time. Superior service from start to finish.
