Mukarram was on-time and kind. He was a great driver and nice person but not a great tour guide. He shared fun facts about Japan for the first 30 minutes and then as the tour would go on would just drop us off and tell us to text him when to pick us up. He only came to the fish market and first shrine with us. The tour was supposed to be 10 hours but it ended in 7ish hours. We would not have been able to see as much of Tokyo in one day without his driving but this be advertised as a private tour guide is not correct.

Zia was excellent. He showed us all the relevant sites that a tourist would be interested in seeing. He explained the culture and how he ended up living a wonderful city as Tokyo. He arrived early to pick us up and proceeded to outline our day what would be doing and seeing. Very informative and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our driver Zohaib was fantastic. Zohaib was on time at the hotel for our pick up. He was able to take us to several places that we had missed on previous tours. Helping us find extra luggage to buy and also talking my son to see the Godzilla Hotel, which was on my son's bucket list to do in Japan. As this was out last tour in Tokyo, I am so glad we booked this charter as it was the perfect way to finish our holiday. Zohaib was very accommodating with all our needs and I am extremely grateful.

Our tour guide and driver Shoaib, was really nice and helpful. He was polite and very knowledgeable. The company is also very responsive to questions. Our driver is also our guide, and cannot join us throughout each attraction. He just gave us instructions prior to entering and on the way to each attraction. But I knew that already prior to booking this trip so I still gave them 5stars. The van is good size, not luxury vehicle but clean. They will modify the stops based on your preferences and they are very accommodating.

Exceptionally rainy Spring Tokyo day made fun by our guide! Toured Meiji Shrine in full downpour. The aromatic cypress smells brought out by the heavy rain were delightful.

We had an amazing time with our private Tokyo tour today. Mukarram deserves more than a 5 star for his patience and expertise. He made sure that my elderly mom who is not able to walk fast and long distance was accommodated. He was very entertaining and we learned new things about Tokyo. This is my mom’s first visit to Tokyo but our second visit. Truly, a great way to see most of Tokyo in a day. Thanks again Mukarram and Live Nippon.
