Connect in body, mind, and spirit, and let our experienced yoga instructors guide you through relaxing meditation. Our yoga classes in Luang Prabang are open to all levels, so join us today and relieve stress, stretch and strengthen the body, awaken your energy, and bring calmness to the mind.
Reconnect with yourself. Yoga relieves stress, strengthens the body, awakens your mind, and brings overall tranquility. This class will allow you to recharge the batteries in a natural setting, dedicated to your well-being. Discover the benefits of the various yoga techniques our experienced instructors use: hatha, vinyasa, yin, or kundalini. Each class will end with a guided meditation session called ‘yoga nidra’. It’s performed by lying comfortably on your back, eyes closed, and focusing on specific breathing patterns.
Please note: The classes are in the morning from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and in the afternoon from 16:00pm to 17:00pm. Sessions can be adapted to all physical conditions and requirements.

I joined the 1 hours yoga class in the morning, was a Spanish yoga teacher, very experienced, she handled our group, about 1o people very well

Sweet little studio over a busy cafe. Obviously skilled instructor who was friendly enough and fine English. I usually love ashtanga and have done it for years, but this class didn't flow well and moved quickly into the hardest positions which is dull if you aren't so good at them. Felt a bit like overly competitive Europeans ticking their insta moment doing yoga in Laos.

Réservation sur Viator 3 jours avant le cours, malheureusement personne n'est jamais venu nous chercher au point de RV à côté de Laha Massage alors que nous avons attendu de 15h30 à 16h15.
Nous avons tenté de joindre l'agence dont le numéro de téléphone était sur le voucher, mais la personne ne semblait pas être au courant.
Elle nous demandait de venir à nos frais dans un lieu que nous ne sommes pas parvenus à comprendre.
Ou d'annuler la réservation et de réserver directement auprès d'elle. L'arnaque totale !
J'attends désormais le remboursement de la part de Viator. Grosse déception...
