We lucked out when the very first trolley we hopped on had Hugo for a guide/driver. He was amazing, funny, and very knowledgable. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of his journey. Huzzah!

Our driver, Hugo, made our tour very enjoyable! Very informative, witty and funny. We rode with other drivers and the experience was still great, but Hugo put it over the top!

We boarded our trolley with ease, took our seats, and began to be entertained by Hugo, our driver. He was very informative and shared tidbits of Bostonian history not readily found in history books...and did so with an incredible sense of humor! Truly a highlight of our visit to Boston. Grazie mille, Hugo!

The narration and the friendly tour guide. All the sites along the route were interesting and well-explained by the tour guide. He was very knowledgeable concerning the history of Boston and American history in general.

One of our guides gave his personal opions too much and was very political and talked too fast. It was not informative at all.

First ride on this trolly bus and was not disappointed. We took four different tour guides and have to say our best was Hugo. His knowledge of the city and never stopped talking. Also his ability to keep you entertained throughout the tour. Have to say he was so good we did the full tour with him a second time. The trolly bus was comfortable, and the ability to see places through a open window was prefect. Not too sure if they were wheelchair assessable as I didn't notice any ramp or lift but I think the other company was the same.we booked with the Boston pass which was great. No messing around. Would recommend this trolley tour. Great value even if paying by cash

Hugo was the best tour guide for our tour. He was funny, educational and filled us with knowledge. We loved every second of it and talked about to all weekend. Thank you for adding in Black culture as well! The family from North Carolina appreciates you! Huzzah!!!!!
