The safari was an amazing experience. We got ao lucky with our jeep driver Oscar. He took the best care of us, gave us a lot of information about Kenya, the animals and surroundings. He even managed to show us 2 lions twice on the safari. The tour and Oscar were truly a great experience.

We received a telephone call the afternoon before the safari to check we had received all the details and were ready, this set the standard for the next 2 days.
Our driver, Hassan, was prompt, polite and knowledgeable, giving us information about various sights in the way through Mombasa and into Tsavo.
On arrival at the park, we checked in and then went on a game drive before returning to Taita for lunch. A short trip then to Salt Lick, check in, a short rest and then a late afternoon game drive Belle returning for dinner and our nights stay.
An early morning (pre breakfast) game drive was followed by breakfast and checkout, then an hour or so drive to Tsavo East for a game drive and lunch.
Lunch finished, we returned to our hotel in Mombasa.
Hassan was amazing, spotting animals we couldn’t see even after he pointed them out, we found elephant, giraffe, lion, zebra, lots of various antelopes and many bird species.
Our only negative was that the description under-sells the trip - we were given a water bottle on pick up and the vehicle had a water dispenser available but the description says there are no drinks provided! Likewise, lunch on day 2 is also provided, despite the description not including this! E Carrie’s lots of food and water with us because of this, which we didn’t need to…

My wife, granddaughter and I recently did a 2.5 day safari to Tsavo from Diani beach arranged through Pollman’s
Everything from the booking, transfers and safari itself exceeded expectations.
Timothy in the office at the Baobab resort was knowledgable, courteous and ensured all details were understood before departure. Always on hand either in person or by What’s Ap for any last minute questions.
Our driver and guide Jackson Mbugua was nothing short of exceptional. Punctual, polite and very knowledgeable on all the wildlife we encountered. He went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and we are very satisfied customers.
The safari itself - simply awesome! Memories that will live with us forever.
Thank you team Pollman’s and to Jackson in particular
