Day 1: Cape Town to Oudtshoorn: Cango Caves and Buffelsdrift Bush Safari Game Drive
Stop At: Cape Town Central, Cape Town Central, Western Cape
Pick up will commence between 06:00 and 06:30am from your accommodation in Cape Town and surrounds. We will depart Cape Town for Oudtshoorn, the Ostrich Capital of South Africa, located along the Garden Route. We will travel for approximately 5-hours with comfort stops along the way for refreshments and restrooms.
Duration: 5 hours
Stop At: The Cango Caves, 328 Approximately 30km (19 miles) from town on the R 328 Approximately 30km from town on the R, Oudtshoorn 6625 South Africa
Upon our arrival in Oudtshoorn we will stop at the Cango Caves for a 1-hour Heritage Tour of these ancient caves. Take a walk through the caves on a guided tour and learn more about one of the biggest attractions along the Garden Route.

Stop At: Buffelsdrift Game Lodge - Activities, Cango Caves Road, Oudtshoorn 6620 South Africa
After our Cango Caves experience we will travel for approximately 20 minutes to Buffelsdrift Game Reserve for an Afternoon Safari Experience:
13:30pm: Lunch,
14:00pm: Elephant experience
15:00pm: 4x4 Bush Safari Game Drive. Be on the look out for Hippo, Giraffe, Eland, Zebra, Buffalo, Springbok, and much more.

Stop At: Chandelier Game Lodge & Ostrich Show Farm, Oudtshoorn 6620 South Africa
After our Bush Safari Experience at Buffelsdrift we will travel to Chandelier Game Lodge for Dinner and overnight.
Duration: 12 hours
Meals included:
• Lunch: Lunch will be enjoyed at Buffelsdrift.
• Dinner: Dinner will be enjoyed Chandelier Game Lodge.
Accommodation included: Overnight at Chandelier Game Lodge (4-star) (DBB)
Day 2: Chandelier Giraffe & Ostrich Tour and Botlierskop Big 5 Safari
Stop At: Chandelier Game Lodge & Ostrich Show Farm, Oudtshoorn 6620 South Africa
Wake up to the sound of wildlife in the African Bush and enjoy a hearty breakfast at Chandelier restaurant. (We recommend breakfast at 8:00am) From there you will enjoy a morning safari experience:
09:00am: Giraffe experience (30-minutes)
10:00am: Ostrich Tour (1-hour)
Thereafter guests will check out from their accommodation and proceed to Botlierskop.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, Gonnakraal Road, Little Brak River, 6503, South Africa
After check out and our morning activities, we will depart Chandelier Game Lodge for Botlierskop Game Reserve. Here we will enjoy lunch and our afternoon Big 5 safari game drive for 3 hours starting at 14:00pm. Enjoy close encounters with Rhinoceros, Lions, Elephants, Buffalo, Cheetah, Giraffe, the rare Black Impala, Golden Wildebeest, Mountain Zebra, Hippos and more!

Stop At: Cape Town Central, Cape Town Central, Western Cape
At the end of our exciting Big 5 safari game drive experience at Botlierskop, we will depart the Garden Route and return to Cape Town. The travelling duration will be approximately 4 to 4.5 hours drive. Arrival in Cape Town will be approximately 21:00pm.
Duration: 4 hours
Meals included:
• Breakfast: Breakfast at Chandelier Game Lodge
• Lunch: Lunch will be at Botlierskop Game Reserve

We didn’t know that it was a private tour which was a positive surprise. We had a very pleasant drive and a lot of fun during all the activities. Thank you to our tour guide Morne for making this trip so amazing!

Unbelievable experience with first class service all the way. Morne Hill was my guide and he was fantastic. High end all the way. Spectacular transport vehicle. To notch accommodations. Safari experience that would rival any other experience that would cost 10 times as much. Even got a trunk hug from and elephant!

Wonderful trip - both the Safari, the lodge and the stops along the way were better than expected. We saw lions, elephants, rhinos, hippos, zebras, giraffes and more. Our guide Vaughn was great, helpful and very knowledgeable.

What an amazing 3 days! I would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone wanting the ultimate South Africa experience on the safari. My attending university on a study abroad and I (his mom) spent the two days unbelievable safari.
