The first thing you will see is the Khazneh, which was believed to be a tomp for one of the Nabatean Kings. You will also see other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. Amman, an interesting stop over.
Petra, stunning, one of the great wonders of the world and an amazing insight this civilisation. It’s quite a trek up and back. Travel light but hiking footwear, water, sunscreen, highly recommended. Don’t be the twit in flip flops.
We stayed at little Petra and hiked from the back to front, better than retracing your steps, quieter so less touristy for the first half of the journey.
Wadi Rum - spectacular experience as the only guests in a small camp. Sunset camel ride was a the highlight of the stay and contends for the memory of a lifetime. Enjoyed camp boiled tea while the camel herder updated his IG 😆
Drove south towards Aqaba and up to the Dead Sea - not a stunning experience. The driver left us at the border crossing for a Jerusalem side trip before flying back from Amman.
While there is no extensive public transport, there is quite a good private bus system worth using if you are happy to jump in with the crowd.

What an incredible experience for a reasonable price. Our driver Ahmed Habibi was so accommodating and helpful, giving us tidbits of information along the drives. He drove us comfortably, bought us fruits and water, and gave tips on how to travel within each of the attractions. The lamb at the beduoin camp was phenomenal! All the views were sensational. The Dead Sea Resort (not included in price but reasonable at 30 JOD for swim and lunch buffet) was also a beautiful experience. Can't express my thanks enough to Ahmed for treating us on our first time in Jordan.

Easily the best tour I have ever been on! Not only was Petra, Dead Sea and Wadi Rum amazing, but the highlight was absolutely the guide, Mr Jafar, the riddle master. Top grade tour guide. I'd do the tour again just to hang out with him some more. Make sure to remind him that Tom beat all of his riddles. See you tomorrow!

Our trip was excellent. Murad was very helpful and has good knowledge on the various tourist spots. He was very kind and went out of his way to help my wife who was suffering with lower back pain. The tour was paced well and planned perfectly. We are vegetarians and as we were not sure which foods we can have, Murad helped us in picking vegetarian options. We wanted to visit the Red Sea too and Murad accommodated it in our schedule. It was a great experience viewing the corals on the glass boat tour. We can't tell enough on how good Murad was and how beautiful all the places were on the tour.

We had the best time in Jordan with our best driver and also our tour guide, Jarfar. I and my friend selected Small Group Tour Deluxe Tent program from Trip Advisor. There are 7 people join this trip and I think it's perfect group. The car is comfortable and has wifi in the car. All the places we visited are amazing and worth to go. Jarfar has made the trip more fun and friendly. He also tell us about what should/shouldn't do. I really recommended this person. The food in the Wadi Rum is delicious. I suggest to buy Jordan pass if you plan to stay in Jordan more than 3 nights.
