In this workshop, you will immerse yourself in nurturing your self-love through a carefully designed ritual and guided meditation. This experience will give you a holistic and deeply enriching sense.
Throughout the session, you will be accompanied step by step in performing the ritual and meditation.
We will provide you with all the materials and we will guide you in the fundamental bases so that you can take this experience into your daily life. In addition, you will have the opportunity to create a special amulet that will constantly remind you of the importance of devoting time and energy to cultivating your self-love, emotional and spiritual well-being.

We will meet at the ENTRANCE of the Papalote Children's Museum, look for the red umbrella with orange dots, from there together we will walk to the point where we are going to meditate.
