Put on your running shoes and explore Sydney. Go for a gentle jog—or an even faster pace—and see the sights, including the Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbour. Your coach also provides you with great training tips as well as the city's hotspots.
Start your day early and meet your trainer and guide at Town Hall. Stretch a bit before starting your 6-mile (10-km) jog toward Darling Harbour, the entertainment district of the city. Set your own pace along the waterfront as you head to the suburb of Pyrmont. You can even take some photos of the historic ANZAC Bridge.
Continue to The Rocks, the oldest area of the city, and discover its alleyways. See the Harbour Bridge in the background while jogging toward the iconic Sydney Opera House. Pass by this architectural wonder and then continue your run to the Royal Botanic Gardens. Stop for a picture-perfect view at Lady Macquarie's Chair before jogging to Hyde Park. Keep up your speed on Oxford Street and pass by cute boutiques and trendy cafés.
Arrive back at your meeting point feeling energized and ready to explore the city further.
