Day 1: Ha Noi City - Ha Giang City - Heaven Gate - Nam Dam Village
Stop At: Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, Sa Phin, Ha Giang 310000 Vietnam
Day 1: Ha Noi – Ha giang City by Limousine Van (Pick up at your Hotel at 6:30a.m)
The van from Ha Noi will take around 6 hours, you will then have lunch before beginning the tour at 2pm.
Ha Giang City – Heaven Gate – Tam Son – Nam Dam Village.
During your first day, you will see a big change in the scenery when you drive into the mountains, before the town of Tam Son.
The drive continues towards the village of Nam Dam, where you will spend the night. You can enjoy the Village and relax before the next day full of adventures.

Day 2: Nam Dam – Lung Tam Village –H’mong King Palace – Ma Pi Leng Pass - Meo Vac.
Stop At: Ma Pi Leng Pass, Ha Giang 310000 Vietnam
On the second day the road takes you through the Karst Geopark. The Dong van Karst Plateau is a major geoheritage sight in Vietnam.
You will see a lot of rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks and magnifiscent views. People will be working on the land and you can catch a glimpse of life on the countryside. The driver can also take you to the Chinese border and the famous northernmost viewpoint in Vietnam.
On this day you will also stop at the famous Ma Pi Leng pass where you can see the Nho Que river underneath. Just after that you will drive into the town of Meo Vac. Here you can relax, enjoy a delicious vietnamese dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Meo Vac - Yen Minh - Ha Giang City - Ha Noi
Stop At: Quan Ba Heaven Gate, Tam Son Town, Quan Ba 310000 Vietnam
For the last day, the tour will take you from the small town of Meo Vac along another beautiful road back to Yen Minh. From Yen Minh the route takes you back to Ha Giang.
During this three days tour you will see the different cultures and hill tribes such as the H’mong tribe, living in the Ha Giang province. Their beautiful clothes are easily recognisable.
You will be impressed along the way by all aspects of the trip: stunning views, fascinating countrylife and beautiful cultures. The whole trip is an immensely rewarding experience and will give you life long memories.
You will arrive back in Ha Giang city around 3pm. Here you can relax and take a shower. You will then get the VIP Limousine van back to Ha Noi around 4pm.

We pick up guests in a VIP Limousine van, from their hotel/ hostel in Ha Noi. We have 2 options for pick up:
1. Pick up at 15pm on the day before the tour - arrive Ha Giang City at 21.30pm and stay in free dorm at our hostel then start tour on the next morning.
2. Pick up at 7am on the first day of the tour and arrive Ha Giang city at 13.00pm then start the tour immediately.
This is included in the tour package. There will be no extra cost

I want to be clear, this was not a bad experience at all but compared to other groups I saw during the days it just feels like our group drew the short end of the straw with these tours.
The region itself is an amazing place and I would recommend anyone to go on a tour here. Sadly our tour was quite disorganised. Every stop we were just dropped off to see views or explore on our own, not getting to know for how long the stop would be or getting really any information about the stops. In other tours we saw the guide would tell the group some history of old buildings or why the water in the river had the color it had. Nothing of that from our guide unless you asked him directly about the subject.
The drivers spoke basically no English at all either. I don't expect to hold a conversation with them, but I wished they at least would understand what "stop" means. The footrest had flipped up on my motorbike at one moment of the tour and I told the driver to stop multiple times so I could fix this which he wouldn't do. It felt quite unsafe to ride without having the support of one leg to stabilize yourself.
Finally the drivers don't take responsibility for their mistakes. On the first day our group got split up in the fog and my driver and one others got lost and missed 2 stops and experiences of the trip. They would then go on to tell us that there was no problem and they did not miss anything. Another group of 4 people missed 3 stops and were also told that everything was as planned. We didn't really get any compensation for this mistake and it was just brushed off as if it didn't happen.
This wasn't a superbig deal and the overall tour was still a great experience. But I wouldn't recommend this tour in particular.

Had my doubts as it was my first time participating in a home stay tour but had the best time!! Made so many new friends from around the world, had caring and attentive drivers and overall trip was a blast! The view was also incredible and unlike any tour I’ve been on. Worth your time 👍🏻

Within a few days we bonded and had an incredible time. Almost immediately I knew this would be the highlight of my trip and now that it has ended I am confident of that. The drivers are kind and take fantastic care of you. Whether it’s treating you to local food, singing and dancing together, playing games, or just zooming through the most beautiful landscape you’ll ever see, this was truly amazing.

Visited as a group of 3 friends from Canada - had an amazing experience with the company, definitely the highlight of our 40 day trip in Asia.
We got recommended this company because the groups are smaller, we’re really pleased with our decision and ended up making many new friends :)
We got picked up in a small bus from Hanoi and did 3 days with easy riders - they were excellent guides, very considerate and helpful with equipment, water, and pit stops. Guides spoke good English and excellent Mandarin Chinese, so we ended up having some very interesting conversations with them and learned a lot about Hmong lifestyle.
The homestay on the second night was one of the coolest places to stay, very clean and comfortable!
Overall, cannot recommend this tour enough - some of the kindest people and an unforgettable experience!

This trip was absolutely amazing and blew our mind. My driver my Khanh, he was the leader of our group. He was the best! Such a kind person and a super driver!
Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam. It’s tops any other trip we have done to date.

It was a Atmung Tour. They organized everything for us and all people a specially the drivers are super friendly! We had a wonderful time, amazing homestays and incredible good food. We felt very safe and absolutely comfortable. We really recommend this tour!!!
