City walk - We start the city walk at the city center and we go through most iconic buildings like Tromsø Cathedral, Public Library, City Hall, Polar Museum building. We will talk about the history of Tromsø and its culture. The guide will give tips where to drink and eat in the city center.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Dragøy, Stortorget 1, 9008 Tromsø, Norway
Learning about fish + fish plate experience
Small presentation of the fish in Northern Norway and then tasting of fish plate (halibut, pollock, salmon etc.)
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Full Steam Coastal Museum, Sondre tollbodgate 3, Tromso 9008 Norway
We are going to enjoy a beer while talking about stockfish and the history and culture of fishing in Tromso.
Duration: 40 minutes

We will walk back from Full-Steam

Didn’t realize this was more of a walking tour with food at the end from one place rather than a food tour to multiple places. Otherwise our guide was very knowledgeable and the food was very delicious and ready when we got to the restaurant. Highly recommend our guide!

This tour is a great way to learn about the founding of Tromso and its history. Our guide was so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed his company. The food part I was concerned that as a fish hater I wouldn’t like. Wow, we were served a huge beautiful board of various fish and even whale! They were all prepared differently. I vowed to true a bite of each and I have to say that they were all tasty! Would I order a meal of them? Probably not but the experience of trying new things was fun!
