You continue over crystal clear Maunalua Bay and head towards the island’s rugged eastern shores and Hanauma Bay’s spectacular reefs.
Pass By: Lanikai Beach, Kailua, Oahu, HI 96734
You spy the little lighthouse perched above the cliffs of Makapu’u as you round the Eastern Shore and over the longest stretch of beach on the entire island of Oahu. Follow the Ko'olau Mountains up the Windward Coast to world-renowned Lanikai Beach and the aptly-named Chinaman’s Hat resting on the water.

The pilot guides your helicopter into the pristine forest and jagged cliffs of the magnificent Ka'a'awa Valley. Hold on tight as you fly deep into the mountains for a panoramic view of Oahu's highest waterfall, Sacred Falls.

Safety of flight is our primary concern. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or appear to be intoxicated. Intoxicated passengers will not fly and they will be charged in full.
For doors off tours, jackets and/or sweatshirts, closed toe shoes, and hair ties are required. Long pants are recommended.
Wheelchair accessible
When booking the doors off experience, your seat may or may not be directly adjacent to an open door.
Stroller accessible
Only passengers weighing 80 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Robinson R44 helicopter. Only passengers weighing 100 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Airbus Astar helicopter.
All passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full fare seat.
For each guest weighing 260 pounds or more, a weight and balance fee is required to safely balance the aircraft. For guests weighing between 260-279 lbs, a fee in the amount of 50% of the seat price will be assessed after booking. For guests weighing 280 lbs or higher, an additional seat purchase will be assessed after booking.
Infants must sit on laps
Most travelers can participate

Sitting up front is the way to go next to the pilot for a panoramic view or a door seat in the back.
Do this early in your trip to get your bearings.

All was good. Sights from a helicopter is just so different and beautiful than from the ground. Water falls was a hidden treasure

We did the doors off tour and had a great time. The pilot pointed out a ton of sights and giving history and background on the sights we were seeing as we went. He would do a small circle at many of them so everyone would have a good view.

We had a great time. Emma was our pilot and she was very knowledgeable. We had the doors off experience, you will need a jacket if you plan to have the doors off. Everything was easy and organized.

This ride was an amazing! Although, I was extremely terrified at first due to scared of heights, our pilot, Emma, was extremely calming, and confident in everything going on which made me feel at ease. Emma is a beast! The whole guide of the island was amazing. I would definitely do this tour again. Staff is amazing and very accommodating.

This was an outstanding experience from beginning to end! Great communication about our booking, and when we got to the location to check in, they encouraged us to do the doors off tour. Though it was our first time in a helicopter, doors off was the best choice! Felt safe and comfortable the whole time, our pilot was a great tour guide as well, and this was the highlight of my trip. Highly recommend!

The pilot was talking with us the whole time and told us fun facts about the places we saw. He answered all the questions as well. The view was great and even thought we had a little bit rain it was a great experience!

Enjoyed this flight. It was thought of at the last minute. Didn't know it was being recorded. Need to let riders know, so they can make sure they are being seen. I purchase tape but was not seen due to sitting in the back. Camera on the person sitting in front sit only. Wasted money.
