Great trip. Was well coordinated pick up and drop off between the borders especially crossing over to Botswana and Zimbabwe. There’s also quite a bit of free time to explore Victoria Falls town or go for a helicopter ride (extra cost) if you want. All in all good experience.

Blessing is awesome. He made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. In Victoria Falls, I felt like family. In Chobe, Ozzy became one of my dearest friends. Wilson and Samson were terrific guides. This was the trip of a lifetime.

We did Vic Falls tour and the Chobe national park (budget camping, instead of the lodge) tour. Blessing and Pam coordinated all the activities very well. The operators selected (boat cruise, boma dinner, camping tour) were all good. Vic Fall was a self guided tour. Kalahari tour operated the Chobe camping portion. They were excellent (the safari guide and the cook/camp staff). We saw elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, impala, sable antelope (a rare one) lions (14!), a leopard on a kill (eating a guineafowl or some bird), hippos, crocodiles, etc. Hot oatmeal was served at 6am by this crew! Our other early am game drives from other tours only provided biscuits/coffee/tea. The sunset boat cruise had a nice snack (chicken skewer, samosa, etc). My daughter was pretty much full and ate very little for dinner. The pick ups were prompt. The last airport transfer pick up at Kasane (Botswana) was late. I whatsapp'ed Pam and she tried to locate the driver immediately. I really appreciated that she tried to chase down the driver. The Nguni lodge was nice too. Overall, everything went well. Africazim was reliable and provided prompt responses throughout the planning and execution process. I recommend it.

After visiting Victoria Falls, my 2 buddies and I enjoyed a 5 day tour visiting, Chobe National Park, Elephant Sands Safari Camp and the Okavango Delta led by our two great guides Sheila and Blessing. Everything was very organized, accommodations and food were excellent (for their cost) and the coordination with some of the local park guides and transport went very smoothly. In addition Planning and communication with Pamela from their office was very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions and concerns. Overall, a great experience. Thanks you guys!

I enjoyed the falls in Zimbabwe. However, there are so many people begging in the area, which make me not want to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed this package. The lodges are beautiful with helpful and friendly staff. The food at the Bayete at Victoria Falls was fabulous. Blessing, our guide, was truly a blessing. There were the following issues: 1 We received no correspondence from either Viator or the tour company other than the confirmation, so we were completely clueless about what the procedures were. It would have been helpful to receive a daily itinerary which would have saved us some money and unnecessary idle time. 2 The Bayete is not within easy walking distance of town so during down times, we had to use a taxi if we wanted to do something other than sit around the lodge. 3 The food at Chobe was disappointing--the beef and pork were dry and tough the vegetables overcooked. However, even with these three complaints, we still highly recommend this package. The beauty of the area, the variety of animals, the sunset boat rides, and Blessing made up for the downsides.

Absolutely loved it! Our guides were terrific - particularly one called Blessing! What a joy to have met him! A few problems though because of incorrect information given to us re: entry costs into Zimbabwe and then back into Zambia. We were told one amount and then found out it was different for us Canadians. We didn't have enough money and ATM machines didn't have money or not enough. A tad frustrating...

We really enjoyed this 5 day tour! Both the Bayete and Water Lily lodges were excellent accomodations and our personal guide Blessing was fantastic, he gave us lots of sight-seeing/park advice and got us through some challenging border crossings (note: bring plenty of US $).
