Just don't forget your flip-flops—I made the mistake of wearing shoes, and the rocky paths were painful to walk on barefoot. Also, bring your own shampoo and shower gel since they don't provide them.

The space is beautiful and spacious. The ticket prices are cheap, and the food service is also delicious. The resort provides free rental of swimwear, towels, and lockers. However, if you plan to visit, remember to bring your own flip-flops. I wore shoes, so when going for a swim, I had to walk barefoot between the ponds, which was quite painful on the rocky paths. Everything else is okay; the resort doesn't provide shampoo and shower gel, so remember to bring your own.

They offered a private shuttle service for transportation to the I-resort, accessible through the chatbox (with an additional fee). The drivers were highly enthusiastic, enhancing our overall experience. The mud bath area was delightful, and we chose a package with a private bungalow. The massage staff was skilled, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the water park area provided enjoyable entertainment.

We had an absolutely wonderful morning at the I-Resort. I had eagerly anticipated our visit, but it surpassed all my expectations. Our journey from the cruise ship via taxi took around half an hour, and upon arrival, we indulged in a package that included a foot massage, a full body chocolate massage, a mud bath, an herbal bath, and lunch, all at an incredibly reasonable price. Escaping the lively atmosphere of the family pools, which looked delightful, we were whisked away to the tranquil hillside. The spa staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive, ensuring our massages were nothing short of excellent. The lunch provided was satisfying, and the surrounding vistas were simply breathtaking. Although we regretted having to leave for the ship after lunch, we were offered the opportunity to enjoy the sauna and explore the warm pools further, a testament to the resort's hospitality. I cannot speak highly enough of this place, and we would eagerly return at the first opportunity.

We bought a mud bath and food package. I enjoyed everything, I've never seen so many different pools. There is also a multi-level swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub and water park. They provide swimsuits and towels, lockers. . Meal for seafood lovers. We arrived at 10 am, enough time to experience this resort

Will definitely come again I booked a 4-hour massage package in a bungalow. After arriving by car, I will be greeted by a dedicated person and transported to the designated place by a dedicated car. The room is clean and comfortable with an elegant environment. Lockers, swimsuits, towels and slippers are provided in the room. After changing into the swimsuit provided in the park, I immediately enjoyed a 30-minute mud bath, and then went to the private hot-water swimming pool to swim for about 20 minutes. I waited for the staff to arrange it, and then went into the room to soak in herbs and enjoy fruits. It was really relaxing. Someone will help you change into a beautiful robe, and then take a special car to enjoy the mineral salt sauna. This part is my favorite.Watching the expansion of the skin pores and the speed of perspiration, I feel that my body is super light. The process is very refreshing. After finishing, I go back to the room. Enjoyed a 45-minute private massage. The staff was very nice. After finishing the massage, I was enjoying lunch at about 1pm. The set menu was optional and the taste was good. In a blink of an eye, 4 hours passed happily. Overall, the entire itinerary was great. If you also want to experience VIP service, you might as well give it a try. This itinerary has dedicated personnel to handle every aspect of the itinerary, and the service and attitude are very professional
