May was such a good teacher, very patient and funny. She walks you through the market and teaches you about all the ingredients .The food was delicious, it is a must do of you are in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic time with Bella, our teacher, who made making all the dishes really fun and educational. Everything was really easy to follow and we are looking forward to re-creating the dishes when we get home.

We had such a great time at this cooking class! May was such a good instructor, explaining each part well and making sure everyone was involved. The food also turned out so good 😋 !!! Very happy we did this. They also give you a booklet with all the recipes and now we can try to recreate these dishes at home. Would highly recommend this cooking class!

Firstly "May" our instructor/guide is very fluent in english which makes it easy for us to understand every explanation, intructions and history given by her. The place is very close to market and all the ingredients we used are fresh from the market tour. It was an amazing experience in Hanoi and very imformative as well. Thank you very much and keep it up.

Please look fod Teacher Vy, a smart and cheerful lady. She along with a few other ladies teach this class almost everyday and have 4 time slots per day.
I was classmates with a French couple and we were taught how to make the following dishes:
- Phở bò (beef noodles)
- Bún chả (grilled pork noodles)
- Nem rán (fried pork spring rolls)
- Nộm đu đủ (papaya salad)
- Ca phê trứng (egg coffee)
The 2-3 hour class was a lot to take in but I certainly had fun. We ended the class by having a nice sit down lunch all together. This is a must try for first timers in Hanoi!

Brilliant cooking experience.
Our host May was amazing, so friendlyand did such a good job in explaining the food, ingredients and taught us a bit about Vietnam.
