90-Minute Segway History Tour of Savannah

We love Segways and find them a great way to see the sights. The Historical Savannah was awesome and we really enjoyed our tour with Gregg…he gave us a lot of information but also made it fun and interesting.

I was, at first, apprehensive of taking the Segway tour. Two reasons... first, I wasn't sure how the danged things actually worked (or if I could ride one) and two, because I've seen other tours cruise by and I thought they looked "dorky". On the first point, they're super easy to ride and a LOT of fun. Once you get the basic inputs, you think about what you want, and the scooter basically does it. From the "dorky" perspective, we had so much fun, covered so much ground and saw so many sites, I actually didn't give a poop. These guys give you a lot of practice time on their side-street before letting you loose on the Savannah. The guide was knowledgeable about the area and we covered more ground that we ever could have on foot.

Awesome tour of the historic district. Everyone involved with the company was super and fun. The Segway was easy to learn from the provided training. Really great experience, highly recommended.

It was a great tour. Lots of interesting facts. Gregg did a great job, really cared about us having a good time. Definitely would do a tour with him again.

Gregg was so amazing! Perfectly knowledgeable and funny. Loved having the ear piece for constant learning and not feeling left out.

Mick was our guide. He made the tour fun with a lot of local insight and humor. I’ve been on many tours where the guides just “phone it in”. This was not one of those tours. Safety was number one priority and then the tour. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning the history of Savannah with the fun of a Segway.

My husband and I have done Segway tours in many different cities around the world. We love riding the Segways and find them preferable to walking tours. We are mixed on our Segway experience in Savannah. Our guide, Gregg, was outstanding. He has so much knowledge about the history of Savannah - I think he was the best Segway historical guide we've ever had. Our only issue was the lack of time actually riding the Segways. Everything in Savannah is so close together that we spent most of the time just standing on them listening to the guide. We like do the Segway tours to ride the Segways and frankly, this was a disappointment for us in Savannah.

Very informative tour while riding the always fun Segway. Gregg was a very knowledgeable guide. This is more than 5 trips with these guys and this was the best.

Such a wonderful tour!! They were patient with teaching us how to use the Segway and the tour was PACKED with history, jokes, beautiful scenery and more! Would highly recommend and do it again!
