Inspired by the works of Charles Dickens, our trail takes you to the heart of Victorian London in pursuit of a mysterious stranger. Is he a victim or a villain? It's up to you to find out. Take on the role of a Dickensian detective, as you try to uncover the truth!
Play as either the good-natured Pip or the dastardly Sikes. Along the way discover enigmatic passages, angel-filled avenues, historic arcades, stunning shops and a host of charming pubs for comfort along the way.
With captivating clues to solve and a host of exciting details to get you in the mood, you're in for a cracking time.

How it works:
Each clue, sent to your mobile phone, leads you to a new location within walking distance. Solve the clue and search for the answer, reply with the correct answer to unlock the next step. Hints are available if you need a helping hand and you can also receive messages if you're lost.

Really enjoyed this treasure hunt. I already know London fairly well but we still discovered new places and learnt new things. The story element added to the experience. Will definitely be doing another one and next time will take advantage of the breaks included. Really liked the fact that they had taken into account there could be other events on and had alternative routes available if your route was blocked for any reason.

A very good way to find parts of a city that you didn't know that were there.
this story line was very immersive and made us think. the clues were excellent and location was very good.
our only down fall was protesters blocking our route. Tom replied ack very quick to help us out.
customer services are excellent 100% recommended this trail we played Pip.

We had a great afternoon exploring parts of the city we wouldn’t usually see and making our brains work for the first time in a while after Christmas!

What a lovely company! We couldn’t go ahead with this activity due to coronavirus (some of the group contracted) and I contacted Secret City who were compassionate, friendly and understanding, and who refunded me quickly. Will definitely be back to try this out!
