This was your average experience buying from a ticket re-seller. The assistants were easily identifiable and handover was professional. Priority access is a bit of an overstatement as the tickets place you in the same line as everybody else who booked at the same specified time slot. Otherwise this went as expected.

Seeing Michelangelo David is a dream. Before arriving in the Florence, I listened to an audio book called "The Agony and the Ecstasy" a biography on Michelangelo. To see this master piece brought tears to my eyes.

The tour company and check in process were helpful and made things very easy. The only negative is regarding gallery itself. Statue of David was amazing, but rest of gallery very meh. Worth it to see David, but ticket felt a bit overpriced.

Went so smoothly! Easy to book through the app. They had tickets when the gallery was sold out. It was easy to find the person the morning of - about 10 minutes earlier than the meet time and in we went! Highly recommend!

The skip the line was perfect for this gallery. The process for obtaining the tickets was easy, plenty of people to help direct you in the right direction. We rented the audio guide when we got in. Well worth the few extra dollars to skip the long lines.

We honestly just wanted to see the David. Paying for the skip the line ticket was worth it. We were able to go through at our own pace.

Tickets were for 9 but we didn’t get into the museum until 10. Glad we didn’t have anything planned right afterwards or we would have missed it. Museum is nice.worth seeing.
