The Theatre of Dionysus is an ancient Greek theatre in Athens. It is built on the south slope of the Acropolis hill, originally part of the sanctuary of Dionysus Eleuthereus. EU citizens under 25 years old have free entrance. Others under 25 years old have a 50% discount (Acropolis tickets). IDs or Passports are required for the guests under 25 years old to ensure Birth date at the Entrance Gates.
If you have not choose the option with entrance tickets - Entrance fees must be purchased online in advance through the official website. Acropolis 20 euros per adult from April to October, 10 euros per adult from November to March. Acropolis museum 15 euros per adult from April to October.
You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. He did a great job. He also made sure no one got lost in the crowds. He also helped a tourist in our group who wasn’t feeling well.

The guided walking tour around the Acropolis was excellent, incredible history of the Pantheon over the years, and Anna our tour guide was incredible! (Funny, knowledgeable, and energetic.)

This was an amazing tour! So informational. Our guide “Angel” (her American name) was beyond fantastic. So informative, funny and detailed. The pace was perfect, the tour size perfect. We learned so much. I highly recommend!!
