We had a lot of fun on this adventure, there was a hiccup about pickup location but communication was great trying to resolve the issue. It seems their drivers cannot pass hotel security (at least they could not with ours), be sure to verify your pick up location before hand so you can be at the location on time. Once in the van everything went very smoothly. The location is very rugged, this is not the same kind of manicured grounds you'd find at one of the big parks, this is back country, which really adds to the charm. Our guide was named George, he and the rest of the team took great care of us. Everything advertised was offered and lived up to their expectations. We had a great time with all the activities, but my personal favorite was the cenote, it was definitely more than I was expecting, which was a really nice surprise. A few tips: There are a few places to buy souvenirs and some drinks, so bring some cash if you'd like to indulge (although I saw a credit card reader, so I assume paying by card would work too). Have your swimsuit on under your clothes. Definitely bring water shoes and a bandana, if you have them, if not they do sell them there. They take professional photos throughout the guided adventure and there is an opportunity to purchase some at the end of the day. We chose to purchase ours and the photos were shared digitally before we left. We had a different driver on the way back and we did not tell him which hotel we were to be dropped off at, luckily I noticed we passed it and informed the driver, a quick U-turn later and we were back on track! Lol so, I would suggest you tell the driver your drop off location before getting into the van. All in all, it was a great way to spend the afternoon and I would recommend this excursion for those who want to have an exciting and fun day, while wandering a little off the beaten path! Thanks for the great memories!!

First I would like to say they were very helpful during the booking process. Tulum Guru helped me with multiple needs outside of booking the tour. Then when we arrived at the tour Jose (not sure how to spell his name) was so nice, funny, sweet he was patient with the group. Overall 10/10 and will definitely recommend. First time in Mexico and I felt so safe. I couldn’t wait to leave a review. Tulum Guru was great and Maya Adrenaline.
