Stop At: Valley of the Nuns, Caminho da Padaria, Curral das Freiras, Camara De Lobos, Madeira 9030-311 Portugal
A walk up to a beautiful view point of Nun Valley 1400 above sea level.
On the way to Pico Arieiro.

The 4 hour tour is very dependent on how long clients want to remain at each site, we flexible according to the clients needs on tour, each group of clients are different some like to stay at a view point have coffee and spend 45min. So it's very flexible. We have a route that takes but the clients decides how long they want to spend at each stop. We have time within the 4 hour tour we stop at other view points.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Excellent 4 hour trip. Wonderful way to view and experience the scenery. We gave John a few ideas of what we wanted to see and he did the rest modifying in light of cloud cover and traffic. John was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with. Highly recommended.

Our Driver Garth was amazing, he was thoughtful and very attentive to our needs especailly as my wife was very aprehensive about taking the trike. He took us to the Nuns valley where the views were amazing.
I would very much recomend and great value for money.

Well done Adventure Trike tours 10/10 for a fun, memorable and a unique way to touring Madeira. Chauffeur driven on the trike was superb, unrestricted views with all the sights and scents of the scenery on our comfortable and bespoke tour. Felt totally at ease in the safe, competent and courteous handling of the head turning trike by Garth our rider/guide. (I’ve been a motorcyclist for 40+ years!) He was friendly and very knowledgeable on the areas we visited with regular stops for views of the vistas often at locations not accessible by other tours. He asked to take photographs of us during our trip which he forwarded to us by WhatsApp the following day. Felt like royalty as people often stopped and waved to us shouting Ola and Garth would call back and toot the horn to passers with delight. A real highlight to our holiday .

Our last full day in Madeira and Garth (Goth) made it memorable. A great tour, felt really safe and he was very knowledgeable about the island. Lovely trip to the Valley of the Nuns and enjoyed the local Chestnut beer and cheesecake. All in all a wonderful experIence, well recommended. Thanks again Garth!

It was a fab excursion. Joao was knowledgable and made the experience. We were new to Madeira so we let him take the lead but he was more than happy if we had suggestions where we would like to go. It was a lovely way to see the island and when we return we would definitely book again.

Booked a few days before with Adventure Trikes, so were lucky to get a slot, as they are popular and busy. Our guide Garth was brilliant. We started out and he showed us some spots and was very knowledgeable. I wanted more natural settings, so Garth adapted the tour to show us some incredible locations, routes and real Madeira. He was very kind and helpful and I can recommend this company and guides.

Having been to Madeira quite a few times we wanted a new way to explore. This trip could not have been more perfect. Picked up from the hotel by the delightful Goth who, from the first second to the last, was courteous, enthusiastic, responsive to our wishes and absolutely loves his job. He promised us that he would take us to places we had not been too before and he delivered! My ex-biker partner (82 yrs) was in his element. Our only regret is that we hadn’t booked for a longer trip but we will definitely be back!

If you want to see the Madeira in all its glory then this is a unique way to do it. My wife and I enjoyed the experience so much and plan to do this again next time we visit. John was great and lets you take as long or little as you need when you stop and gives you a run down of all the facts which was fantastic. We had a great day so well worth a go
