Great tour. Gisèle was an amazing tour guide, good sense of humor and personable. I learned so much about Louisiana and new Orleans history I came away an expert of sorts myself haha! The air boat tour was fantastic, the smaller gators were out in large numbers, it is mating season after all! The larger ones weren’t around to be seen, probably still sleeping earlier in the day, but what we did see was more than satisfactory! The plantation was beautiful and learning about its history was fantastic! I highly recommend this tour for anyone! A lot of this is not taught in school but so important to learn! Thank you for the wonderful day and the wonderful learning opportunities!

Fantastic day out with our guide, John, who kept us entertained and informed about the local area as he drove us between our destinations. The swamp tour was great, with lots of alligator sightings, and even a snake and a turtle. Visit to Destrehan plantation was fascinating, thanks to the obvious passion of our plantation guide. All in all a highly recommended way to escape the city for a day.

The airboat tour was amazing! Our airboat guide (Cory) was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He had a deep understanding of the flora and fauna in the swamp. We saw several alligators, little and big, all close up and learned a lot about these amazing animals.
The plantation tour was very educational and I learned quite a few new things I didn’t know before. The grounds are lovely and the guides are happy to answer any questions. Our driver and guide, Giselle, was a font of knowledge about New Orleans and had many stories to share about the history and culture.

Our airboat captain was knowledgeable and informative about the 'gators and birds that we encountered. The Destrehan Plantation and the family that owned it had fascinating histories, including involvement in an 1811 slave rebellion. Our van driver was full of interesting information about New Orleans topography, flooding and water management, as well as cooking.
