Pick up was 40 minutes late, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Great cost-effective way to get to Waikiki from airport. Driver was friendly and pointed out areas of interest. Helped us load and unload bags. Also directed us to main desk for the Hilton Hawaiian village.

The trip was good, trying to find the location to meet the shuttle wasn’t easy. Perhaps better directions upon arrival where to meet shuttle. I did receive a call from you after a while which was helpful.

Left waiting over half an hour had to get someone to phone them up to pick us up. Had no telephone connection . So really bad to be waiting all this time. Pickup was supposed to be at 8 pm. Waited 45 mins.not good after a long plane journey

Arrived at Honolulu International Airport, collected our luggage, then we called Fly Shuttle to take us to our destination in Waikiki. The shuttle arrived about 15 mins later. The driver was very polite

The driver did too much texting while driving. Seemed like a nice guy. Had to give him the hotel address twice. I would have assumed he knew where he was taking us.

This company did not do the transfer. They were too busy & passed our booking over to another company. It was frustrating making contact & arranging pick up. The new driver was gòod & gave us his card. Will use him in future.
