Naturanda Turismo is not responsible if the traveler does not have his/her documentation on the day of the visit and will not refund the amount paid for the activity due to omission or forgetfulness of his/her ID/PASSPORT.

The monument entrance fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds for lateness or no show ups.
The Alcazar is closed on January 1st and 6th, Good Friday and December 25th.
The Cathedral is closed on 1st and 6th of January, some days during Easter and December 25th
Dress code of the Cathedral of Seville: "We ask you please to uncover your head when you enter and refrain from wearing beach shoes, flip-flops, tank tops, small shorts and strapless t-shirts. “
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
The student category price is for students from 14 to 25 years old with a valid student card.
The senior category price is for seniors over 65 years of age.
To benefit from the student and senior discounts, you will need to show your ID on the day of your visit.
This activity involves a moderate amount of walking. There are no stops between monuments for lunch or shopping.

We had an EXCELLENT half day with Laura seeing the Alcazar and the Cathedra of Seville. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better day.

We could not enter the Cathedral because the tour booked us for a 4:15pm entry time and the Cathedral closes to tours at 3:30. How could this happen??? We are promised a refund but I suspect this will be a fight. Also, the audio on the tour sucked. We could not hear the tour guide if we strayed more than 10 feet from his side and/or he did not speak directly into his mic.
We left Seville without seeing the Cathedral which we hear is "not to be missed." DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CLOWNS!

We had such a fun time on this bike ride. Matis gave us a wonderful history lesson of the city and its beautiful parks and monuments. He has a true love for this city and passed it on to us. The bikes were very nice and safe. I would do this tour again A+++

It’s full on with Ismael as your guide.
You see the key sites with a detailed report , going over the history.
Much to see in 31/2 hours leaving history buffs wanting more.

Our guide was the brilliantly entertaining Ismarl.....he made the experience absolutely top class!
His knowledge was amazing and the way he wove the stories into the bigger world picture at the time was captivating.....also he had a superb sense of humour and had us laughing at every step.
The Cathedral & Alcazar were amazing as was the bell tower...it really was superb value for money and 3½ hours was truly extensive!
What was also personally funny for me was how Ismarl constantly referred to me as "Ion" instead of Ian...everybody on our trip knew who I was by the end of it.
Ismarl really is at the very top level as I guide and it was a privilege to share the experience with him.
