This tour operator is a scam, be warned! We made a confirmed non-refundable booking with this operator, on the basis solely of which we then planned our trip to Granada. I asked numerous times on the Viator platform when we will receive the actual tickets, with response "don't worry you will receive them the day before the visit". Stupidly I trusted this, only to be informed by this operator at 21:00 the night before our scheduled visit that they are cancelling the tour! At this point there was also no real options to book with another operator as it was so close to our planned visit time. Needless to say this ruined our whole trip. Viator is not willing to recognise the unethical behaviour of this operator (they also go by the name "Traveltrails") and remove them, so you have to look after yourself and avoid these guys.

Very grateful to be able to get tickets to the Alhambra at reasonably short notice.
The tickets arrived the day before as expected and everything worked smoothly. The audio tour was a little temperamental but can’t blame Viator for phone coverage!

The reservation was cancelled by the tour operator less than 12 hours before the tour!
Our whole journey was build around this tour. We arrive to Granada specifically to visit the Alhambra!
The tour operator approved the reservation 13 days before the date of the tour, and was very helpful and quite talkative in the messenger. But the day before the tour I asked for the tickets and got the answer from the manager - you’ll get them tonight, at 21:17 reservation was cancelled without any reason given.
And after tour operator didn't reply in WhatsApp, didn’t give neither reasons of cancelation, nor excuses. The number they provide for emergency calls doesn’t exist in WhatsApp.
Beware! Buying tours from this tour operator, you can end up having no tickets and not getting to the place you dreamed about :(

When booking I wasn’t given the option to choose a time for the palaces. I reached out immediately asking for clarification and help and never heard back even after multiple attempts. Ended up missing my time since I was assigned a time when I was still on the train.

Extremely late in receiving information and only received the tickets on the night before the tour…and only having pushed Viator for them. Never had any contact from the Tour Operator. They did nothing, which was extraordinary since the tickets cost so much. Beware - the tour operator did not answer the WhatsApp's chat, nor did they answer phone calls. Do not use this Tour operator if you want any peace of mind!
Complaint to Viator poorly dealt with. They sided with the Tour Operator and were not customer focused.

The tickets were delivered through email at 12 hours before the visit. The tickets had the visit time to Nasrid palace according to what I have asked. At the end, it worked out well.

On 30th of March I booked from TravelTails and paid the full amount non-refundable. Our visit was supposed to be on the 11th of April. I contacted the tour operator the day before. Some "John Clark" sent me a message that I would get the tickets on the evening of 10th of April. At exactly 6.43 pm on 10the of April he cancelled my reservation and left us with no tickets hours before the visit. Beware of this link and TravelTails in general.

This is not a tour but basically an expensive entry ticket as many have pointed out. However this was my only option since we planned this trip very late and all tickets on the official website were sold out. So this tour operator was a life saver. I already knew there is no tour as such so there was no surprise for me. The audio guide they give you is also nothing special but just the link to the audio guide on the official Alhambra site. You can also get the same guide by scanning QR codes on the Alhambra premises.
They said the tickets will be delivered one day before the booking date and they did fulfill their promise. If you have planned your trip late and cannot find tickets to nasrid palace on the official website I highly recommend this "tour"
