08h00 - 08h30: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and drive to Ha Long City (stopover on the way for a refreshment break). Embark at Hon Gai wharf at noon. Enjoy a welcoming drink and cruise briefing. Have lunch while cruising to Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Visiting Thien Canh Son Cave with many interesting stalactite and stalagmite in different amazing shapes …Enjoy sunbathing or spending 30 minutes for kayaking to discovering of Bai Tu Long Bay landscape. Join cooking class with professional chef & enjoy with sunset party. Vietnamese seafood style set dinner is served on board. Take some leisure time to enjoy chatting at the bar or enjoy some night fishing. Stay overnight on the cruise.

08h00 - 08h30: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and drive to Ha Long Port (stopover on the way). Embark at the Port at noon. Enjoy a welcoming drink and cruise briefing. Cruise to discovery most beautiful view Halong - Lan ha Bay. Have lunch while cruising to through Da Chong Islet, Con Vit Islet and Gia Luan. The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay and completes its entry through Cua Van Area. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes.
Kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Bay:

Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay OR Ha Long Bay OR Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
07.30: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfil your strength and ready for another exploring day.
09.00: Transfer to a day cruise, we cruise passing several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam, we enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. In there, we will visit Vung Vieng fishing village to interact with local people.
12.00: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime
14.00: Spend more time for kayaking and swimming at Cong Dam, or relaxing on boat. If the weather allows, we can take a glance at Thay Cave before back to the anchor point.
16.30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party afterwards
19.00: Dinner will be served.
20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

7:00: Light breakfast is served at the restaurant.
8:15: Transfer to day boat.
9:30: Discover Ho Dong Tien Cave by kayak– this is one of the most beautiful caves on Halong Bay due to not only charming beauty but also geological value and historical value.
10:40: Your next stop will be Drum Cave (Hang Trong) for swimming.
12:30: After your morning excursion, visit Maze Cave which is one of the most mysterious caves in Halong with the compelling view to Lan Ha Bay.
15:30: You return to the cruise for relaxing.
17:30: You can enjoy sunset party with HAPPY HOUR – buy 1 get 1 free on drinks at bar or join some games provided at reception while watching the best sunset on Halong Bay.
19:15: Delight in the shimmering atmosphere of thousands of stars while eating a fantastic, expertly prepared dinner on the Sky Leaf Bar on the sundeck.
20:30: This is the perfect time for you to relax and enjoy a cocktail. Besides, we provide free for squid fishing tools at reception.

08:00 – 08:30 Pack a handbag with swimsuit, change of clothes, and comfortable shoes and transfer to day boat to join group tour for the day trip
10:30 Cycling with our tour guide to Viet Hai village.
11:30: Kayaking and swimming also at Lan Ha Bay
13:00 Return to day boat and continue cruising to Van Boi area of Lan Ha Bay as you enjoy a Vietnamese fusion cuisine lunch onboard. After lunch time enjoy with kayaking and swimming on the beaches.
15:30 Exit the day boat and group tour to return to cruise
Free time to relax on board. This is the ideal time to mingle and get to know fellow cruisers as the group arrives.
17:00 – 18:30: Happy hour
19:30: Delicious dinner served in restaurant followed by overnight onboard
After dinner enjoy with night activities as squid fishing, relaxing, games or enjoy at sky bar on sundeck.

09h00: Visit ancient Vung Vieng Floating Village you are not only be immersed in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, but also be surrounded by the rocky mountains by small bamboo boat for an hour in to the ancient village and then return to cruise for relaxing and check out the room.
10h00: Packing your luggage and check out your cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.
10h30: Have lunch while cruising back through Ha Long Bay to the pier.
11h30: Disembark at Ha Long wharf, time to say goodbye to the crew.
12h00: Return from Ha Long to Hanoi.
15h00 - 15h30: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the trip.

07h30: Have breakfast and enjoy sunrise on the bay. Visiting Pearl farm (1 hour), the pearls in Halong are the most renowned in Vietnam as the process of farming and retrieving pearls takes years. Then enjoy kayaking exploring Halong Bay in your own (30-45 minutes).
Packing your luggage, check out your cabin and enjoy lunch while cruising back through Tuan Chau pier. Return to Hanoi, stopover on the way for a refreshment break. Arrive in Hanoi around 15 - 15h30pm. End of the trip.

07h30: Have breakfast and enjoy sunrise on the bay. visiting Dark & Bright Cave and islets (1 hour) by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Packing your luggage, check out your cabin and join cooking class demonstration. Enjoy lunch while cruising back through Got Ferry. Return to Hanoi & Arrive in Hanoi around 3 - 3h30pm. End of the trip.

The cruise and staff deserves a 5 Star rating . The cruise was well organized from beginning to end. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly at all times.
On a different note I would like to add how disappointed I was seeing all the rubbish floating along our cruise through Halong Bay, I have never seen so much trash in the ocean . I would like to urge all tour companies and the government of Vietnam to do something about the pollution of this magnificent landscape, otherwise it will no longer be a tourist attraction!

Crowded, the name cruise is misleading. You pick up your boat in Ha Long port and motor for 45 mins and then moor up surrounded by 70 other boats. From there you are taken to a near by island to sit on a beach with thousands of other people. The cruise is neither luxurious or exclusive. There is minimal safety breifing and no sharing of information about a Unesco World heritage site. The tour companies are just taking advantage of tourists in an almost factory like way. I would not recommend this cruise. I feel like I was ripped off. It was meant to be a 3 day two night cruise but it is more like a 2 day two night cruise. The third day you are in harbour and off the boat before 10:30am. The crew only really start to pay attention to you once you complain to the tour manger about the non existsnt service. Luxury cruise but takes traking down 3 crew members at 5pm for a refreshing beverage and waiting 30minutes even though you are at the bar.
Other passenges and ourselves were agog at the barman siting in a swing chair on his phone until you approached him for a drink.
Not what we perseved as Luxury cruise.
On our day trip a couple were left behind. The boat had to turn around and go back for them.
The plastic and rubbbish in the sea is heart breaking. Such an awe inspiring geological wonder but the sea is full of plastic waste, pearl farm debris and huge polystyrene boxes, just floating past as you kayak around the area.
I think with some small tweaks things could be much much improved.

We had such a lovely 3 day/2night Halong Cruise and it is all thanks to Ivy.
After making an error with our booking Ivy quickly got in contact and helped rectify it. She also arranged our transport from Halong Bay to Hanoi at a reasonable price. (Our biggest mistake was not booking with her to get to the bay!)
The trip itself was a lot of fun. We were on the Athena Luxury cruise which had the same look and feel as the photos (if not better.) The food and activities were good too.
The crew and other travellers on our boat made our trip so memorable.
If we were to book again or knew of others travelling to Halong Bay we'd certainly recommend to book with Ivy. She will go above and beyond to make your trip a success.

The tour company was fantastic at communicating. Ivy was our contact and she made sure we knew very clearly where to go and that we were able to contact her if we had any problems. She made travelling very easy for us!

Rooms are super spacious and gorgeous!! The trip was jam packed with activities. Food was pretty good. Buffet style breakfast and lunch and a five course evening meal. Well worth the money.

I would highly recommend everyone to do the 3 days Trip trough the Halong Bay. The second day was very beautiful on the Dayboat. Very polite and nice Crew, and also the Rooms were very clean. The food for the Dinner was extraordinary. Also for Vegetarians a absolutly great choice.

Transportation is smoothly for us by private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay and then Hanoi Airport. Thank you so much

It was a beautiful trip.
Our first booking had to be cancelled because it was overbooked, but Ivy really helped us to find another cruise with the same itinerary.
It was probably the most luxurious thing we ever did in our life ;). The cabin was really nice, with the best kingsize bed and views on the islands.
Also the jacuzzi was great and we enjoyed the activities on the program, like cycling to a local village.
The crew was really kind, because my husband was not feeling too well, they checked many times how he was doing.
Many thanks to Ivy and the crew on the boat:) we would definitely recommend.
