It was not good because they never picked us up. When I called the root operator he sounded like he had just woke up and was very nonchalant about the situation. We were at the meeting spot at 7:15, was supposed to be picked up at 7:30. No one ever showed and your operator did not care. I then read some reviews and was glad they didn’t show because I got a refund, rented a car for the day and took myself in the tour and had a great time. I do not recommend this tour. The money you spend on tour you can rent a car for the same price or less and take your time and have a great time.

We suddenly had to change our plans last minute and we’re not able to go on the tour. Reached out to the company since we booked through them right at the 24 hour cancellation mark. Company did not care and just kept telling us that they had already sent the confirmation for the vehicle. We never once saw a confirmation until 4pm that we even had tickets.
The reservation agent hung up on me twice, while trying to understand why they have that policy and then not allow you to cancel. They should change the policy to 48 hours if they don’t want to uphold their own policy.
I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

The pick up is just horribly organized. There is no contact from the tour company and no checks to see who should or should not be getting on the bus. I understand they have used the excuse that “pick up is a busy time” but there has to be a better way. Other tour companies do hotel pickups, for instance; others use a more central location with a sign in process. It is incredibly frustrating at the moment.

Pick up is completely disorganized. I waited 10 minutes early and 30 minutes after the designated pick up time. Finally contacted customer service who said that the driver had left.

Tour overall was nice and fun. We loved seeing many featured spots on the island that one would need a car to get to. Our driver,Johnny was nice, fun and informative. The only bad thing was being shuttled to get on the correct bus. They seemed to not know who was going in what bus

The tour operator, customer service person is a man who yells, won't let you complete a sentence. Talka you over you. Yells some more, and then hangs up. I did at what point say, I heard you please stop talking over me so you can hear me. He yelled and hung up. I then contacted Oahu circle tours and the experience was the exact opposite. If you have a choice, choose the company that will talk to you and help you out. Let's stop endorsing sub standard and rude behavior.

Our guide Cousin Johnny knew everything about the island. He was very informative about all aspects of the island.

Lewis MacKenzie was an ideal tour leader. He had 33 people and was attentive to likes, needs, and was well informed. We learned many facts about the terrain which is found only in Hawaii.
I was sorry that he was requested to hire an outside bus instead of using his own vehicles. We did enjoy his leadership of the group
Thank you, thank you Lewis
