At Interlaken Ost station, you start the tour with the Jungfrau railway local train for a 25 minutes transfer through the valley towards Grindelwald.
Stop At: Grindelwald Terminal, Grindelwald 3818 Switzerland
At Grindelwald Terminal the journey to Jungfraujoch begins. You board the aerial cableway for the scenic ride to Eigergletscher station.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Eigergletscher, Eigergletscher, Lauterbrunnen, Jungfrau Region, Bernese Oberland, Canton of Bern
At Eigergletscher station, you have the opportunity to have a first look over the alps and towards the permanent ice. Here you change onto the cogwheel train to Jungfraujoch
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, 3801 Wengen, Jungfraujoch 3801 Switzerland
At Jungfraujoch, your tourguide will take you on a one hour round tour with different sights. It contains the Alpine sensation exhibition, the Sphinx terraces, the ice palace and the viewing platform, where you can step into the snow.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Jungfraujoch Sphinx Observatory, Jungfraujoch, Jungfraujoch 3801 Switzerland
Visit the viewing platform at the Sphinx observatory.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Ice Palace - Jungfraujoch, Jungfraujoch Switzerland
Visit the ice palace with the ice sculptures.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Lindt Chocolate Shop Jungfraujoch, Jungfraujoch 3801 Switzerland
Sweeten your stay with a visit at the chocolate shop.
Duration: 5 minutes
Pass By: Kleine Scheidegg, Kleine Scheidegg, Jungfrau Region, Bernese Oberland, Canton of Bern
Your return travel starts with the cogwheel train from Jungfraujoch to Kleine Scheidegg. From there you continue in direction of Wengen.

While travelling to Lauterbrunnen on the cogwheel train, you pass the alpine village Wengen.
Stop At: Lauterbrunnen, Lauterbrunnen, Jungfrau Region, Bernese Oberland, Canton of Bern
A short stop at Lauterbrunnen gives you a view to the village and the Staubbach waterfall.
Duration: 30 minutes

Adrian was our tour guide and he was fantastic. His is very personable and knowledgeable. He made it one of our best tours in Switzerland. If you want to take this tour, ask for Adrian. You won’t be disappointed.

This was an incredible adventure. We had a first class tour, Ulrich was absolutely wonderful. He arrive at our apartment and met us there. We then took the train, gondola and cog train up the Jungfrau mountain. Stunning views in all directions.
I booked the tour online from New Zealand, got email confirmation at the time. Everything went extremely well and smoothly, thank you. Trust the system 😀
We had a very memorable tour lunch at the top, a blizzard from Germany made a great back drop for lunch, and a warming congac.

My family of 9 had a full day tour . It was wonderful, Tony was very informative and patient with us all. He was the perfect tour guide. The weather turned out perfect , so that was a blessing. The views were absolutely amazing. It was definitely on my bucket list . I’m so glad we did this!

David was a great young man and eager to please. We took the train to Wengen and had to time to stroll through the village and enjoy both it's quaintness as well as the spectacular scenery. Heading up through the Eiger to Jungfraujoch was exciting as were the ice caves in the glacier. We even hiked on the glacier in an early September snow storm. Great fun!

Toni was a treasure trove of experience for our tour to Jungfraujoch. He gave us a quick overview of Switzerland he actually typed a document for us to take home and would explain the various sights along our journey up and down to Jungfraujoch up to the minute details of real and artificial snow. He had prepared almost everything for the trip, so all we had to do was follow him and take pictures of the beautiful sights he'd even tell us which side of the train to sit for the best photo opportunities.
If you don't mind chatting, Toni's fun to chat with as well during the train rides to Jungfraujoch. There was always something to learn from his experiences and we totally enjoyed our tour with him as our guide!

Our guide, Debra was great. She was on time meeting us at our hotel. We walked to the Interlaken train station. She told us where to sit in each train to simplify transfers 3 trains needed to reach Jungfraujoch. She answered all our questions. She helped other tourists at Jungfraujoch.
We were prepared for the 37 degrees at the top of the mountain, but Debra carried things one step further by bringing gloves for us to wear in the ice tunnels.

The tour was good. In spite of the adverse weather conditions we had a memorable time. Thanks to our guide Dominique who ensured that we were able to get on the right connection trains and also were assisted regarding the various attractions. She was also very friendly with our kids.

Took a private tour per some recommendations to the top of Europe. the guide was very nice and was very knowledgable of the trains and time schedules. I would have preferred to have chosen the time of depature would have liked to leave earlier. Overall good experience.
